Description
本実施例の骨フックSは、図1に示すように、脊椎2に沿って配置される細長い円柱状のロッド7に結合され、椎骨3に有する突起等の骨要素5を挟持して、ロッド7に結合された図示しない複数のスクリューや他の骨フックSとともに脊椎2を固定する。各スクリューは各椎骨3に捻じ込まれて固定され、骨フックSは骨要素5を固定することで、脊椎2あるいはその他の骨要素5が相互に固定される。
次に、第2実施例の骨フックS2について図5及び図6を用いて説明する。なお、図5及び図6において、図2及び図4と共通する部分には同一符号を付し、それらの詳細な説明は省略する。

Claims (1)
- 閉塞体を第1ネジ孔に沿って移動させることで、該閉塞体により、脊椎の頭尾方向に沿って延びるロッドを保持する第1の空間を有する基部と、
該基部から連続して設けられ、骨要素を受け入れ可能な第2の空間を有するフックと、
第2ネジ孔に沿って移動可能であり、前記フックの第2の空間内に位置する前記骨要素を、前記フックとの間で挟持する挟持体と、を備え、
前記第1ネジ孔と、前記第2ネジ孔とは非同心状に配置されることを特徴とする骨固定装置。
