Claims (13)
- 脊椎構造体であって、
第1のインプラント内腔と、前記第1のインプラント内腔を横切って配向された第2のインプラント内腔と、を画定する、少なくとも1つの部材を備え、
前記少なくとも1つの部材は、前記第1のインプラント内腔とともに配設されたロックを含む表面を有する、脊椎構造体。 - 前記少なくとも1つの部材は、前記第1のインプラント内腔を画定するフック構成を含む、請求項1に記載の脊椎構造体。
- 前記ロックは、前記第1のインプラント内腔内に延在する暫定的なロック要素を備える、請求項1または2に記載の脊椎構造体。
- 前記ロックは、弾性的に付勢された要素を備える、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の脊椎構造体。
- 前記ロックは、脊椎ロッドと係合可能なばねタブを備える、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の脊椎構造体。
- 前記ロックは、前記少なくとも1つの部材でモノリシックに形成されている、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の脊椎構造体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの部材は、前記第2のインプラント内腔を画定する、離間したアームを含み、前記アームの各々は、ロックを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の脊椎構造体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの部材は、前記第2のインプラント内腔を画定する、離間したアームを含み、前記アームの各々は、分離タブを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の脊椎構造体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの部材は、側方部材と、対側部材と、を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の脊椎構造体。
- 前記第1のインプラント内腔で暫定的にロックされた既存の脊椎ロッドと、前記第2のインプラント内腔とともに配設可能な横脊椎ロッドと、をさらに備える、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の脊椎構造体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの部材と係合可能な結合部材と、前記脊椎ロッドを前記少なくとも1つの部材で固定するための横脊椎ロッドと、をさらに備える、請求項10に記載の脊椎構造体。
- 一対の脊椎ロッド間の距離を測定するように構成された測定デバイスをさらに備える、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の脊椎構造体。
- 前記測定デバイスは、様々な画像化技術の下で前記距離を測定するように構成されている、請求項12に記載の脊椎構造体。
