Description
a.入口圧力を有するガスを受け入れてガスを所望の圧力まで圧縮しまたは減圧するステップと、
b.ガスを少なくとも1つの吸収式冷却機に通して冷却するステップと、
c.ガスの圧力を断熱減少させてガスの少なくとも一部分を液化するステップと、
d.リッチ水酸化アンモニウム流体を精留器内で加熱してトリム熱またはガスがステップ(a)で圧縮された場合にステップ(a)から回収した圧縮熱のうちの一方またはこれらの組み合わせを用いてアンモニアガスを遊離させ、リーン水酸化アンモニウム流体を生じさせるステップと、
e.リーン水酸化アンモニウムを過冷却して蒸気吸収塔の頂部に循環させるステップと、
f.精留器からのアンモニアガスを凝縮して液体アンモニアをほとばしらせて少なくとも1つの吸収式冷却機内での使用のための冷却アンモニアガスを生じさせるステップと、
g.少なくとも1つの吸収式冷却機からのアンモニアガスを蒸気吸収塔内でリーン水酸化アンモニウム中に吸収させてステップ(d)のためのリッチ水酸化アンモニウムを生じさせるステップとを含むことを特徴とする方法を含む。
Claims (15)
- 以下の非順序的ステップを含むガスの液化方法であって、
(a)入口圧力を有する入口ガス流を受け入れて前記入口ガス流を所望の圧力まで圧縮し、または減圧して、圧縮された、または減圧されたガス流を生成するステップと、
(b)(i)前記圧縮された、または減圧されたガス流を少なくとも1つの吸収式冷却機に通して冷却して、冷却されたガス流を生成し、前記冷却されたガス流の圧力を断熱減少させて前記冷却されたガス流の少なくとも一部分を液化して、液化ガス生成物を生成するステップ、又は
(ii)圧縮された、または減圧されたガス流を少なくとも1つの吸収式冷却器に通して冷却し、液化ガス生成物を生成するステップ、
の何れかによって、圧縮された、または減圧されたガス流を液化して、液化ガス生成物を生成するステップと、
(c)リッチ水酸化アンモニウム溶液を精留器内で加熱して、アンモニアガスを遊離させ、リーン水酸化アンモニウム溶液を生じさせるステップと、
(d)前記リーン水酸化アンモニウム溶液を過冷却して、前記過冷却したリーン水酸化アンモニウム溶液を蒸気吸収塔(VAT)の頂部に循環させるステップと、
(e)前記精留器からの前記アンモニアガスを凝縮して液体アンモニアを生成し、前記液体アンモニアをフラッシングして前記少なくとも1つの吸収式冷却機内での使用のための冷却液体アンモニアを生じさせるステップと、
(f)前記VATの前記頂部での準大気圧動作圧力を維持しながら、前記少なくとも1つの吸収式冷却機からのアンモニアガスを前記VAT内で前記過冷却したリーン水酸化アンモニウム溶液中に吸収させて前記ステップ(c)のための前記リッチ水酸化アンモニウム溶液を生じさせるステップと、を含む、方法。 - 前記ステップ(a)で回収された圧縮熱を使用して、前記リッチ水酸化アンモニウム溶液を前記精留器内で加熱して、アンモニアガスを遊離させる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記冷却されたガス流は、前記ステップ(b)(i)で部分的に液化され、前記方法は、前記液化ガス生成物から液化されていないガスを分離するステップと、前記液化されていないガスを蒸気再利用ループ内で再利用するステップとを更に含み、前記蒸気再利用ループは、前記圧縮された、または減圧されたガスの流れを、少なくとも1つの吸収式冷却機内で冷却するステップ前に更に冷却し、次に前記液化されていないガスを圧縮して前記入口ガス流と合流させる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記入口ガス流は、工業用ガスもしくは炭化水素ガスまたは工業用ガスと炭化水素ガスの任意の混合物から成る、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記入口ガス流は、前記入口ガス流の臨界点未満に圧縮され、前記方法は、断熱膨張に先立って−71℃よりも温かいガス液化温度を達成させる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(f)は、前記VATの前記頂部を約−71℃の温度に維持しながら行われる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの吸収式冷却機は、前記少なくとも1つの吸収式冷却機内で使用される前記冷却した液体アンモニア中の水濃度の増大を阻止するための液体ブリード流れを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記VATの頂部のところの前記準大気圧力動作圧力が前記過冷却リーン水酸化アンモニウム溶液の十分な質量流量を利用することによって維持されて、前記アンモニアガスが前記VAT内で前記過冷却水酸化アンモニウム溶液に全て溶解され、前記VATの頂部への前記リーン水酸化アンモニウム溶液の循環を制御する弁を締め付けて、前記VATから前記リッチ水酸化アンモニウム溶液を除去するポンプの吸引圧力を維持する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記溶解熱、および、前記アンモニアガスが、前記少なくとも1つの吸収式冷却機から前記過冷却リーン水酸化アンモニウム溶液中に吸収するときの凝縮エネルギー熱のうちの何割かまたは全てが前記VATで回収される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記VAT内の前記過冷却リーン水酸化アンモニウム溶液の水頭圧が前記VAT内で過冷却された状態にある前記過冷却リーン水酸化アンモニウム溶液を維持するのを助長するように、前記少なくとも1つの吸収式冷却機からのアンモニアガスは、前記VAT内の前記過冷却リーン水酸化アンモニウム溶液の高さよりも低い導入点で、前記VATに導入される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(b)(i)は、ガス/ガス熱交換器を利用して前記冷却ガス流の圧力の断熱減少の実施に先立って前記冷却ガス流の温度を更に減少させて、前記冷却ガス流を冷却するステップを更に含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの吸収式冷却機を通る前記圧縮された、または減圧されたガスを冷却する前に前記圧縮された、または減圧されたガス流を脱水するステップを更に含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記冷却ガス流は、十分な量のアルコールを前記冷却ガス流中に加えることによって脱水され、前記方法は、前記アルコールおよび水を前記ステップ(b)(i)における前記断熱圧力減少ステップの実施前に凝縮させるステップを含む、請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記液化ガス生成物は、固形物を前記液化ガス生成物から除去するために濾過される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの吸収式冷却機は複数の吸収式冷却機からなり、前記吸収式冷却機の1つから前記VAT内へのアンモニアガスの導入点は、前記吸収式冷却機のうちの他の1つから前記VAT内へのアンモニアガスの導入点とは異なる高さにある請求項10記載の方法。
