Description
a)第1の圧力にある1つ以上のLNG貯蔵タンクからLNGの再ガス流を得ることと、
b)再ガス化天然ガス流を得るために再ガス化ユニットを介して再ガス流を送ることとを備える再ガス化ターミナルを動作させる方法において、さらに、
c)第1の圧力よりも高い第2の圧力で加圧LNGの供給流を受けることと、
d)再ガス流の少なくとも一部を含む冷却流を生成することと、
e)第2の圧力で加圧LNGの供給流を、
e1)供給流を膨張させること、及び、
e2)冷却流に接触させて供給流を冷却すること
により、LNGを含む処理済供給流へと処理することと、
f)処理済供給流をLNG貯蔵タンクのうちの少なくとも1つに送ることとを備える、方法を提供する。
LNGを再ガス化するための再ガス化ターミナルにおいて、
第1の圧力にある1つ以上のLNG貯蔵タンクと、
LNGの再ガス流を受けるために1つ以上のLNG貯蔵タンクと流体連通している入口及び再ガス化天然ガス流を排出するための出口を備える再ガス化ユニットと、
第1の圧力よりも高い第2の圧力で加圧LNGの供給流を受けるための加圧LNG入口を備える処理ユニットであって、供給流を処理済流へと処理するための膨張装置及び熱交換ユニットを備え、処理ユニットが1つ以上のLNG貯蔵タンクと流体連通する出口を備え、熱交換ユニットが供給流を冷却するために冷却流を受けるための入口を備え、冷却が再ガス流の少なくとも一部を含む処理ユニットとを備える、再ガス化ターミナルが提供される。
第1の圧力にある1つ以上のLNG貯蔵タンク(1)と、
LNGの再ガス流(10)を受けるために1つ以上のLNG貯蔵タンクと流体連通している入口及び再ガス化天然ガス流(30)を排出するための出口を備える再ガス化ユニット(20)と、
第1の圧力よりも高い第2の圧力で加圧LNGの供給流(40)を受けるための加圧LNG入口(6)を備える処理ユニット(5)であって、供給流(40)を処理済流(43)へと処理するための膨張装置(41)及び熱交換ユニット(50)を備え、処理ユニット(5)が1つ以上のLNG貯蔵タンク(1)と流体連通する出口(7)を備え、熱交換ユニット(50)が供給流(40)を冷却するために冷却流(11)を受けるための入口を備え、冷却が再ガス流(10)の少なくとも一部を含む処理ユニット(5)とを備える、再ガス化ターミナルが提供される。
b1)再ガス流10を第3の圧力まで加圧して加圧再ガス流13を得て、
b2)再ガス化熱交換器21内の周囲流22に接触させて加圧再ガス流13の少なくとも一部を加温する。
f1)気液分離器44において処理済供給流43を液体流45及びガス流46に分離することと、
f2)液体流45をLNG貯蔵タンク1のうちの少なくとも1つに送ることと、
f3)再液化流47を得るために再液化ユニット70においてガス流46を再液化し、LNG貯蔵タンク1のうちの少なくとも1つに再液化流47を送ることとを備える代替実施形態を示している。
加圧LNGの供給流40が利用可能である場合にc)−f)を実行することと、
加圧LNGの供給流40が利用可能でない場合にc)−f)を中断することとを備える。
c)−f)が実行された場合に第1の流速レベルに再ガス流10の流速を設定すること、及び、
c)−f)が中断された場合に第2の流速レベルに再ガス流10の流速を設定することであって、第1の流速レベルが第2の流速レベルよりも高いことにより、
再ガス流10の流速を制御することを備える。
c)−f)が実行された場合に第1のレベルに再ガス化ユニットの加温デューティを設定すること、及び、
c)−f)が中断された場合に第2のレベルに再ガス化ユニットの加温デューティを設定することであって、第2のレベルが第1のレベルよりも低いことにより、
再ガス化ユニットの加温デューティを制御することを備える。
Claims (14)
- a)0.9−1.2バールの範囲内である第1の圧力にある1つ以上のLNG貯蔵タンク(1)からLNGの再ガス流(10)を得ることと、
b)再ガス化天然ガス流(30)を得るために再ガス化ユニット(20)を介して前記再ガス流(10)を送ることとを備える再ガス化ターミナルを動作させる方法において、さらに、
c)前記第1の圧力よりも高く2バールよりも高い第2の圧力で加圧LNGの供給流(40)を受けることと、
d)前記再ガス流(10)の少なくとも一部を含む冷却流(11)を生成することと、
e)前記第2の圧力で加圧LNGの前記供給流(40)を、
e1)前記供給流(40)を膨張させること、及び、
e2)前記冷却流(11)に接触させて前記供給流(40)を冷却すること
により、LNGを含む処理済供給流(43)へと処理することと、
f)前記処理済供給流(43)を前記LNG貯蔵タンク(1)のうちの少なくとも1つに送ることとを備え、
e2)が、加温された冷却流(14)を得て、前記加温された冷却流(14)を前記再ガス化ユニット(20)に送ることをさらに備える、方法。 - 前記第1の圧力が50−200mbargの範囲内であり、前記第2の圧力が5バールよりも高い、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の圧力が12バールよりも高い、請求項2に記載の方法。
- b)が、
b1)加圧再ガス流(13)を得るために第3の圧力まで前記再ガス流(10)を加圧することと、
b2)前記加圧再ガス流(13)の少なくとも一部を再ガス化熱交換器(21)の周囲流(22)に接触させて加温することとを備える、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記加温された冷却流(14)が、中間位置において前記再ガス化熱交換器(21)に導入される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却流(11)が、前記再ガス流(10)を、前記再ガス流の副流(13’’)、特にb2)において得られた前記加圧再ガス流(13)の副流と、前記再ガス流の残り(13’)、特に前記加圧再ガス流(13)の残りとに分離することによって生成される、請求項4又は5に記載の方法。
- g)前記加温された冷却流(14)を、前記再ガス流の残り(13’)、特に前記加圧再ガス流(13)の残りと再結合すること
を備える、請求項6に記載の方法。 - g)が、前記再ガス化ユニット(20)内の再ガス化熱交換器(21)における中間位置において行われる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- g)が、前記再ガス化ユニット(20)内の再ガス化熱交換器(21)の上流位置において行われる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- f)が、
f1)気液分離器(44)において前記処理済供給流を液体流(45)及びガス流(46)に分離することと、
f2)前記液体流(45)を前記LNG貯蔵タンク(1)のうちの少なくとも1つに送ること、及び、
f3)再液化流(47)を得るために再液化ユニット(70)において前記ガス流(46)を再液化し、前記LNG貯蔵タンク(1)のうちの少なくとも1つに前記再液化流(47)を送ることとを備える、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 加圧LNGの供給流(40)が利用可能である場合にc)−f)を実行すること、及び、
加圧LNGの供給流(40)が利用可能でない場合にc)−f)を中断することとを備える、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - a)が、
c)−f)が実行された場合に第1の流速レベルに前記再ガス流(10)の流速を設定すること、及び、
c)−f)が中断された場合に第2の流速レベルに前記再ガス流(10)の流速を設定することであって、前記第1の流速レベルが前記第2の流速レベルよりも高いことにより、前記再ガス流(10)の流速を制御することを備える、請求項11に記載の方法。 - b)が、
c)−f)が実行された場合に第1のレベルに前記再ガス化ユニットの加温デューティを設定すること、及び、
c)−f)が中断された場合に第2のレベルに前記再ガス化ユニットの前記加温デューティを設定することであって、前記第2のレベルが前記第1のレベルよりも低いことにより、
前記再ガス化ユニットの加温デューティを制御することを備える、請求項11に記載の方法。 - LNGを再ガス化するための再ガス化ターミナルにおいて、
0.9−1.2バールの範囲内である第1の圧力にある1つ以上のLNG貯蔵タンク(1)と、
LNGの再ガス流(10)を受けるために前記1つ以上のLNG貯蔵タンクと流体連通している入口及び再ガス化天然ガス流(30)を排出するための出口を備える再ガス化ユニット(20)と、
前記第1の圧力よりも高く2バールよりも高い第2の圧力で加圧LNGの供給流(40)を受けるための加圧LNG入口(6)を備える処理ユニット(5)であって、前記供給流(40)を処理済流(43)へと処理するための膨張装置(41)及び熱交換ユニット(50)を備え、前記処理ユニット(5)が1つ以上のLNG貯蔵タンク(1)と流体連通する出口(7)を備え、前記熱交換ユニット(50)が前記供給流(40)を冷却するために冷却流(11)を受けるための入口を備え、前記冷却が前記再ガス流(10)の少なくとも一部を含む処理ユニット(5)とを備え、
加温された冷却流(14)が前記再ガス化ユニット(20)に送られる、再ガス化ターミナル。
