Description
Claims (15)
- 光源及び/又は電子部品を備え、3D印刷されたヒートシンクを備える照明デバイスであって、
前記3D印刷されたヒートシンクが、コア層、及び前記コア層に垂直なスタック軸に沿って積層された少なくとも1つの更なる層のスタックを含み、
前記コア層及び前記少なくとも1つの更なる層が、同じポリマー材料を含み、前記3D印刷されたヒートシンクの機械的破損に対する耐性及び熱伝導を改善するために、前記ポリマー材料中の熱伝導性充填材の濃度が、前記コア層から開始して、前記少なくとも1つの更なる層の各々とともに連続的に減少している、照明デバイス。 - 前記光源及び/又は前記電子部品が前記コア層上に配置されている、請求項1に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光源及び/又は前記電子部品が前記コア層の幾何学中心に位置付けられている、請求項2に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記スタックがプレート形状を有し、前記プレート形状の厚さが、前記スタックの有効直径の少なくとも15倍小さく、前記有効直径が、前記ヒートシンクの幾何学中心と前記スタックの縁部との間の最大距離の2倍である、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記コア層及び前記少なくとも1つの更なる層の層直径が、前記コア層から開始して、前記少なくとも1つの更なる層の各々とともに連続的に増大し、
前記層直径が、それぞれの層の幾何学中心と最も遠い縁部との間の最大距離の2倍である、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。 - 前記熱伝導性充填材が、炭素、アルミナ、サファイア、スピネル、AlON、BN、Y2O3、Si3N4、SiC、又はMgOのうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記ポリマー材料が、ABS、ナイロン、PVA、PLA、テレフタル酸塩、PMMA、ポリカーボネート、ポリプロピレン、ポリスチレン、PE、ポリエステル、シリコーン、PVC、又はこれらの任意の複合材のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記ポリマー材料中の前記熱伝導性充填材の濃度の減少が、前記コア層と前記少なくとも1つの更なる層の最後の層との間の離散化関数を含み、前記離散化関数が、線形、放物線、指数関数、階段関数、又は対数の群から選択される、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記照明デバイスが屋外照明デバイスである、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記ヒートシンクが前記照明デバイスのハウジングの一部である、請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記ヒートシンクが照明デバイスキャノピーの一部である、請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの更なる層の各々が円形状を有し、前記円形状が前記コア層と同心である、請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記3D印刷されたヒートシンクが、前記コア層、第1の更なる層、及び第2の更なる層の前記スタックを連続的に含み、
前記スタックがプレート形状を有し、前記プレート形状の厚さが前記スタックの有効直径の少なくとも15倍小さく、前記有効直径が、前記ヒートシンクの幾何学中心と前記スタックの縁部との間の最大距離の2倍であり、
前記コア層の層直径が前記第1の更なる層の層直径よりも小さく、前記第1の更なる層の前記層直径が前記第2の更なる層の層直径よりも小さく、前記層直径が、それぞれの層の幾何学中心と最も遠い縁部との間の最大距離の2倍であり、
前記第1の更なる層及び前記第2の更なる層が円形状を有し、前記円形状が前記コア層と同心であり、
前記ポリマー材料中の前記熱伝導性充填材の濃度の前記減少が、前記コア層、前記第1の更なる層、及び前記第2の更なる層の間の離散化線形関数を含み、
前記ヒートシンクが前記照明デバイスのエンクロージャの一部である、
請求項1に記載の照明デバイス。 - 光源及び/又は電子デバイスを備え、3D印刷されたヒートシンクを備える照明デバイスであって、前記3D印刷されたヒートシンクが、コア層、及び前記コア層に垂直なスタック軸に沿って積層された少なくとも1つの更なる層のスタックを含む、照明デバイスを製造する方法であって、
熱伝導性充填材を含むポリマー材料を用いてコア層を3D印刷するステップであって、前記熱伝導性充填材が或る濃度で前記コア層中に存在する、ステップと、
前記コア層に積層されて、同じポリマー材料を用いて少なくとも1つの更なる層を3D印刷するステップであって、
前記3D印刷されたヒートシンクの機械的破損に対する耐性及び熱伝導を改善するために、前記ポリマー材料中の前記熱伝導性充填材の濃度が、前記コア層から開始して、前記少なくとも1つの更なる層の各々とともに連続的に減少している、ステップと、
光源を前記コア層上に配置し、照明デバイスを提供するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 電子部品を前記コア層上に配置するステップを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
