Description
本出願は、2017年8月15日に出願された「LIGHT BASED THERAPY DEVICES AND METHODS」と題する米国特許出願第15/677,840号の継続出願であり、その全体が参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
Claims (22)
- 体器官の上に位置決めし電磁エネルギを印加するための装置であって、
起伏のある形状を形成するプリント回路基板であって、前記起伏のある形状の内部空間が前記体器官の上への配置に適合する、プリント回路基板と、
前記起伏のある形状の前記内部空間内に位置し且つ前記プリント回路基板から距離を空けて配置されたドームであって、複数の開口を含むドームと、
各々が第1の突起要素および複数の第2の突起要素から構成された複数の突起要素であって、前記第1の突起要素が前記複数の第2の突起要素によって囲まれている複数の突起要素を有する複数の光ファイバまたは照明アセンブリであって、各第1の突起要素および前記複数の第2の突起要素の各々が前記電磁エネルギを前記体器官に指向するように構成された照明源を有する遠位部分を含み、前記遠位部分は、前記プリント回路基板のシフトの際の湾曲に適応するように可撓性である、複数の光ファイバまたは照明アセンブリと、を含み、
前記複数の光ファイバまたは照明アセンブリの各々は、前記ドームの前記複数の開口を通って延伸でき、前記複数の光ファイバまたは照明アセンブリの各々が残りの前記複数の光ファイバまたは照明アセンブリから独立した長さで延伸できるように前記複数の光ファイバまたは照明アセンブリの各々が前記ドームの裏面で独立してバイアスされるように構成されている、装置。 - 各第1の突起要素の前記遠位部分および前記複数の第2の突起要素の各々が、前記プリント回路基板のシフトの際の湾曲に適応するように可撓性である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の突起要素は前記複数の第2の突起要素の各々に対して中央に配置されている、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記照明源が、前記第1の突起要素の前記遠位部分に光源を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 光源が前記照明源から離れて配置され、前記第1の突起要素はその中で電磁エネルギを前記照明源に送信するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記起伏のある形状の前記内部空間と反対側の前記プリント回路基板の表面に配置されているバイアス要素を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記照明源が前記第1の突起要素の遠位端に配置されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の突起要素はベース部材内に配置され、前記ベース部材は前記バイアス要素に結合されている、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の突起要素が光ファイバを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記プリント回路基板が外側シェル内に配置されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記外側シェルが通気される、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記光ファイバまたは照明アセンブリに結合されたコイルばねをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記照明源が発光ダイオードを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記プリント回路基板に結合された少なくとも1つの冷却機構をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 体器官の上に位置決めし電磁エネルギを印加するための装置であって、
起伏のある形状を形成するプリント回路基板であって、前記起伏のある形状の内部空間が前記体器官の上の配置に適合する、プリント回路基板と、
各々が複数の突起要素からなるグループを有する複数の光ファイバまたは照明アセンブリであって、前記複数の突起要素の各々が前記電磁エネルギを前記体器官に指向するように構成された照明源を有する遠位部分を含む、複数の光ファイバまたは照明アセンブリと、を含み、
前記複数の光ファイバまたは照明アセンブリの各々は、前記起伏のある形状の前記内部空間に向かって独立してバイアスされて前記複数の光ファイバまたは照明アセンブリの各々と関連付けられた複数の突起要素からなる前記グループが前記体器官の表面に係合する際に一緒に近接して移動することを可能にし、前記複数の光ファイバまたは照明アセンブリの各々が前記複数の光ファイバまたは照明アセンブリとは独立してバイアスされるように構成されている、装置。 - 体器官の上に位置決めし電磁エネルギを印加するための装置であって、
起伏のある形状を形成するプリント回路基板であって、前記起伏のある形状の内部空間が前記体器官の上の配置に適合する、プリント回路基板と、
前記起伏のある形状の前記内部空間内に位置し且つ前記プリント回路基板から距離を空けて配置されたドームであって、複数の開口を含むドームと、
各々が少なくとも1つの突起要素を有する複数の光ファイバまたは照明アセンブリであって、各突起要素が近位部分および遠位部分を含み、前記近位部分は照明源から電磁エネルギを受けるように構成され、前記遠位部分は前記電磁エネルギを前記体器官に指向するように構成され、前記遠位部分は前記複数の開口の少なくとも1つに受け入れられるような寸法を有する、複数の光ファイバまたは照明アセンブリと、
前記ドームと前記プリント回路基板との間に位置するバイアス要素であって、前記複数の光ファイバまたは照明アセンブリの少なくとも1つの前記近位部分を前記ドームに対して移動させて前記突起要素の前記遠位部分を前記複数の開口の少なくとも1つを通して前記起伏のある形状の前記内部空間に伸長させ、前記体器官の表面に係合した際に独立して前記体器官に適合するように前記突起要素の動きを許容し、且つ前記照明源が前記体器官の前記表面に隣接したままであることを許容するバイアス要素と、を含む、装置。 - 前記複数の光ファイバまたは照明アセンブリの各々は、中央の突起要素と、前記中央の突起要素に隣接して位置する少なくとも1つの周辺の突起要素と、を含む、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の光ファイバまたは照明アセンブリの各々は、少なくとも2つの前記周辺の突起要素によって囲まれている前記中央の突起要素を備える、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記照明源は、前記電磁エネルギをその中で前記遠位部分に送信するように構成された前記突起要素の前記近位部分に光源を含む、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記突起要素は、前記電磁エネルギを前記体器官に指向するように構成された光ガイドを含む、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記照明源が発光ダイオードを含む、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記プリント回路基板に結合された少なくとも1つの冷却機構をさらに含む、請求項16に記載の装置。
