Description

前記基材層及び前記被覆層が、1枚の織物層へと共に織られている付記1記載のジョイントテープ。

前記基材層が基材繊維でできており、前記被覆層が被覆繊維でできている付記1記載のジョイントテープであって、前記基材繊維及び前記被覆繊維は交差点で交差し、前記ジョイントテープは、各交差点又は少なくとも大多数の交差点に置かれて前記基材繊維と前記被覆繊維とを互いに固着する接着剤をさらに含む前記ジョイントテープ。

前記基材層及び前記被覆層が、異なる材料で作られている付記1記載のジョイントテープ。
[付記8]
前記基材層が基材繊維を含み、前記被覆層が被覆繊維を含む付記1記載のジョイントテープであって、前記基材繊維は前記被覆繊維と同じ材料でできており、前記基材繊維は前記被覆繊維よりも細く且つ柔軟性であり、前記被覆繊維はより太く且つより剛性である前記ジョイントテープ。

前記基材層が、溶接操作によって前記被覆層に融合されている付記8記載のジョイントテープ。

付記1〜9のいずれかに記載のジョイントテープを含む、隣接する2枚の乾式壁パネル間の乾式壁ジョイントであって、前記ジョイントテープが、前記隣接する2枚の乾式壁パネルの、概して当接する縁部に沿って置かれたジョイント化合物の層内に埋め込まれたジョイントテープである乾式壁ジョイント。
Claims (3)
- 長さ方向に細長い形状を有する基材層であって、該基材層は基材繊維から作られ、前記基材繊維は、前記長さ方向及び該長さ方向に垂直な横方向で柔軟性であり、且つ、前記長さ方向に沿って互いに平行に延在する、基材層;及び
前記基材層上に置かれた被覆層であって、該被覆層は被覆繊維から作られ、前記被覆繊維は、前記横方向で剛性であり、且つ、概して前記横方向で加えられる圧縮力と、概して前記横方向に沿って加えられるせん断応力とに耐えるよう形成されており、且つ、前記横方向に沿って互いに平行に延在する、被覆層
を含み、
前記基材繊維は、前記被覆繊維と重なり、且つ、前記基材繊維及び前記被覆繊維の間の交差点で前記被覆繊維と交差し、且つ、前記基材繊維及び前記被覆繊維は、前記交差点で互いに固着されており、
前記基材繊維及び前記被覆繊維が、異なる材料で作られており、
前記基材繊維は前記被覆繊維よりも柔軟性であり、前記被覆繊維はより剛性である、
乾式壁用ジョイントテープ。 - 前記ジョイントテープは、各前記交差点又は少なくとも大多数の前記交差点に置かれて前記基材繊維と前記被覆繊維とを互いに固着する接着剤をさらに含む、請求項1記載のジョイントテープ。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のジョイントテープを含む、隣接する2枚の乾式壁パネル間の乾式壁ジョイントであって、前記ジョイントテープが、前記隣接する2枚の乾式壁パネルの、概して当接する縁部に沿って置かれたジョイント化合物の層内に埋め込まれたジョイントテープである乾式壁ジョイント。
