- 基材上に下部電極が形成され、
下部電極上に絶縁層が形成され、
絶縁層上に上部電極が形成され、
前記下部電極は、絶縁膜を挟んで下部第一電極と下部第二電極からなる二層であり、前記下部第一電極及び前記下部第二電極が各々異なる方向に伸びた線状パターンからなり、
前記上部電極も、絶縁膜を挟んで上部第一電極と上部第二電極からなる二層であり、前記上部第一電極及び前記上部第二電極が各々異なる方向に伸びた線状パターンからなり、
前記各々の上部電極と前記各々の下部電極が同じ方向に伸びた線状パターンからなる、静電容量検出装置。 - 請求項1に記載の静電容量検出装置を複数個並列して並べた静電容量検出装置群。
- 前記各々の静電容量検出装置の上部電極パターンの伸びた一方向と交差する角度の方向の力の分布を測定できる、
