Claims (9)
- 自動車のトラクションバッテリを充電するためのトラクションバッテリ充電装置(10)であって、
前記自動車のトラクションバッテリへの充電接続を確立するための充電プラグ(56)を有する充電ステーション(50)と、
前記充電ステーション(50)から距離を離して配置され、充電電流ライン(55’)によって前記充電ステーション(50)に接続された給電ユニット(30)と、
ループ電流源(53)、少なくとも1つの作動可能なループ破断接点(601〜605)、および少なくとも1つのループ電流センサ(701、702)を有し、前記給電ユニット(30)と前記充電ステーション(50)との両方を通って延びる電気的安全ループ(60)と、
前記ループ電流センサ(701、702)がループ電流を検出しないときに前記充電電流を遮断する充電電流制御手段(34、52)と、を備える、トラクションバッテリ充電装置(10)。 - 前記給電ユニット(30)と前記充電ステーション(50)とがそれぞれ、少なくとも1つのループ電流センサ(701、702)と、前記ループ電流センサ(701、702)に関連するそれぞれの充電電流制御手段(34、52)とを有する、請求項1に記載のトラクションバッテリ充電装置(10)。
- 前記給電ユニット(30)の前記充電電流制御手段(34)が、パワーエレクトロニクスシステムとして設計され、前記パワーエレクトロニクスシステムが、所要の充電電圧で前記充電電流を生成する、請求項2に記載のトラクションバッテリ充電装置(10)。
- 前記充電ステーション(50)と前記給電ユニット(30)とがどちらも、それぞれ、少なくとも1つのループ破断接点(601〜605)を有する、請求項2または3に記載のトラクションバッテリ充電装置(10)。
- 前記ループ電流源(53)が、正の交番信号(92、94)を生成するように設計されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のトラクションバッテリ充電装置(10)。
- 前記ループ電流源(53)が、少なくとも2つの異なる交番周波数で前記交番信号(92、94)を選択的に生成することができる、請求項5に記載のトラクションバッテリ充電装置(10)。
- 前記ループ電流源(53)が、前記充電ステーション(50)に配置されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のトラクションバッテリ充電装置(10)。
- 前記ループ破断接点(604、605)が、温度センサ(81、82)が限界温度の超過を信号通知するとすぐに前記ループ破断接点(604、605)が開くように、前記温度センサ(81、82)に機能的に関連付けられている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のトラクションバッテリ充電装置(10)。
- 前記安全ループ(60)が、複数のループ破断接点(601〜605)を有し、前記ループ破断接点(601〜605)が、前記安全ループ(60)内で電気的に直列に配置されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のトラクションバッテリ充電装置(10)。
