Description
これにより、エンジン自動停止部の故障時に、勾配の大きい路面において車両が移動することを防止できる。
モータジェネレータ4は、ディファレンシャル機構27に対して、チェーン等の動力伝達機構28を介して連結されている。モータジェネレータ4は、電動機として機能する。
HCU10は、INVCM14及び高電圧BMS16にCAN通信線48によって接続されている。HCU10、INVCM14及び高電圧BMS16は、CAN通信線48を介して制御信号等の信号の送受信を相互に行う。
エンジン自動停止部61の異常とは、例えば、エンジン自動停止部61が液圧センサ51、車速センサ52、アクセル開度センサ53及び路面勾配センサ54から入力された信号を正常に識別できないことである。
これにより、アイドルストップの頻度を増やしたり、アイドルストップの時間を長くすることができ、エンジン2の燃費を向上できる。
エンジン自動停止部61は、第1の所定時間T1の間に故障判定部62によってエンジン自動停止部61が故障しているものと判断されたら、エンジン2の自動停止を禁止する。
図4から図6は、エンジン2の自動停止処理プログラムのフローチャートであり、この自動停止処理プログラムは、ECM11のROMに記憶され、ECM11によって所定の時間間隔で繰り返し実行される。
ステップS17において、エンジン自動停止部61は、ハイブリッド車両1が運転者の意図に反して移動し難い路面勾配であると判断して、故障状態確定時間T1よりも短い路面勾配の自動停止条件成立確定時間T3を設定した後、ステップS14に進む。
ステップS14において、エンジン自動停止部61は、設定された路面勾配の自動停止条成立時間T2又はT3のカウントを開始した後、路面勾配の自動停止条成立時間T2又はT3が経過したか否かを判別する(ステップS15)。
この結果、エンジン自動停止部61が故障した状態でエンジン2の自動停止が実施されてしまうことを防止でき、勾配の大きい路面において運転者の意図に反してハイブリッド車両1が移動することを防止できる。
これにより、勾配の大きい路面において運転者の意図に反してハイブリッド車両1が移動することをより確実に防止できる。
このため、第2の所定時間T3の経過後にエンジン2を早期に自動停止することができ、エンジン2の燃費をより効果的に向上できる。
Claims (2)
- 車両が走行する路面の勾配を検出する路面勾配検出部と、
前記路面勾配検出部によって検出された路面勾配情報に基づいて設定される路面勾配の自動停止条件を含んだ所定の自動停止条件が成立したら、エンジンを自動停止させるエンジン自動停止部と、を備えたエンジンの自動停止装置であって、
前記エンジン自動停止部の異常が第1の所定時間継続されたら、前記エンジン自動停止部が故障であると判定する故障判定部を備え、
前記エンジン自動停止部は、路面勾配がエンジンの自動停止判定値以下であって、路面勾配が所定値以上である場合に、前記所定の自動停止条件のうち、前記路面勾配の自動停止条件が前記第1の所定時間よりも長い第2の所定時間の間成立したら、前記エンジンの自動停止を許可し、前記路面勾配が所定値を下回ると、前記第2の所定時間を前記第1の所定時間よりも短く設定することを特徴とするエンジンの自動停止装置。 - 前記エンジン自動停止部は、前記故障判定部によって前記路面勾配検出部が故障であるものと判定されたら、前記エンジンの自動停止を禁止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジンの自動停止装置。
