Description
光学部分と、
眼用インプラントの、目の内部の組織に対する固定のための少なくとも2つのポリマハプティックと、
を含み、
ハプティックの少なくとも一部分は、光開始剤送達手段すなわち光開始剤を送達するための手段を含む。
ポリマハプティックを少なくとも2つ含む埋め込みされるべき眼用インプラントと、
眼用インプラントの第1の部分又は目の中の組織の第2の部分を少なくとも部分的に含浸させるための光開始剤と、
光開始剤を励起するように適合された波長の光を提供するための光源と、を含む。
眼用インプラントを拡張した状態にするための手段と、
光源によって提供された光を目の中に送達するための手段と、
を更に含むことが好ましい。
i)眼用インプラントを目の内部に導入するステップであって、眼用インプラントの第1の部分及び/又は目の中の組織の第2の部分がそれらの表面上に光開始剤を含む、ステップと、
ii)眼用インプラントの第1の部分と目の組織との間又は眼用インプラントと目の組織の第2の部分との間に接触があるときに、第1の部分及び/又は第2の部分に光を照射するステップであって、この光の照射により眼用インプラントが目に光化学的に結合される、ステップと、
を含む。
i)眼用インプラントの第1の部分又は目の組織の第2の部分、あるいは、双方、に光開始剤を含浸させるステップと、
ii)眼用インプラントを目の内部に導入するステップと、
iii)眼用インプラントの第1の部分と目の組織との間又は眼用インプラントと目の組織の第2の部分との間に接触があるときに、第1の部分及び/又は第2の部分に光を照射するステップであって、この光の照射により眼用インプラントが目に光化学的に結合される、ステップと、
を含む。

眼用インプラントは、更に、
眼用インプラントを目の内部の組織に付けるための少なくとも1つの固定部分を含み、固定部分が、ハプティックと目の組織の間の重なり合う範囲上に結合部を光化学的に誘発することによって作り出される。
Claims (18)
- 眼用インプラント(10a、10b)であって、
光学部分(11)と、
当該眼用インプラント(10a、10b)の、目の内部の組織に対する固定のための少なくとも2つのポリマハプティック(12a、12b)と、
を含み、
前記ハプティック(12a、12b)の少なくとも一部分が、光によって活性化可能であり、前記少なくとも2つのポリマハプティック(12a、12b)と前記目の内部の組織との間に光化学結合をもたらす光開始剤を提供する光開始剤送達手段を含む、ことを特徴とする眼用インプラント。 - 請求項1に記載の眼用インプラント(10a、10b)であって、前記光開始剤送達手段は、前記光開始剤でコーティングされる前記ハプティック(12b)の外側表面(121b)を含む、ことを特徴とする眼用インプラント。
- 請求項1に記載の眼用インプラント(10a、10b)であって、前記光開始剤送達手段は、前記光開始剤が埋められた前記ハプティックの外側層を含む、ことを特徴とする眼用インプラント。
- 請求項1に記載の眼用インプラント(10a、10b)であって、前記光開始剤送達手段は、前記光開始剤を前記ハプティック(12a)の外側表面(121a)の中に送達するために、前記光開始剤が流れることができる複数の微少溶液チャネル(13)を含む、ことを特徴とする眼用インプラント。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の眼用インプラント(10a、10b)であって、前記インプラントを拡張した状態にするための手段を更に含む、ことを特徴とする眼用インプラント。
- 請求項5に記載の眼用インプラント(10a、10b)であって、前記インプラントを拡張した状態にするための前記手段は、取り外し式が好ましいテンションリング(14)を少なくとも1つ含む、ことを特徴とする眼用インプラント。
- 請求項5に記載の眼用インプラント(10a、10b)であって、前記インプラントを拡張した状態にするための前記手段は、バルーン(15)を少なくとも1つ含む、ことを特徴とする眼用インプラント。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の眼用インプラント(10a、10b)であって、光案内要素(16)を更に含む、ことを特徴とする眼用インプラント。
- 請求項6又は7を引用する請求項8に記載の眼用インプラント(10a、10b)であって、前記光案内要素(16)は、前記テンションリング(14)又は前記バルーン(15)に埋められている、ことを特徴とする眼用インプラント。
- 眼用インプラント(10a、10b)を目の中に埋め込むためのキットであって、前記キットは、
ポリマハプティックを少なくとも2つ含む前記眼用インプラント(10a、10b)と、
前記眼用インプラント(10a、10b)の第1の部分又は前記目の中の組織の第2の部分を少なくとも部分的に含浸させるための光によって活性化可能な光開始剤と、
と、を含む、ことを特徴とするキット。 - 請求項10に記載のキットであって、前記眼用インプラントは、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載された眼用インプラントである、ことを特徴とするキット。
- 請求項10から11のいずれか1項に記載のキットであって、前記光開始剤は、リボフラビン又はローズベンガルを含有する溶液であり、前記光源は、UV、青色、及び/又は緑色の波長を有する光を提供する、ことを特徴とするキット。
- 請求項10から12のいずれか1項に記載のキットであって、
前記眼用インプラントを拡張した状態にするための手段と、
前記光源によって提供された前記光を前記目の中に送達するための手段と、を更に含む、ことを特徴とするキット。 - 請求項13に記載のキットであって、前記インプラントを拡張した状態にするための前記手段は、少なくとも1つのテンションリング(14)又は少なくとも1つのバルーン(15)を含む、ことを特徴とするキット。
- 請求項13から14のいずれか1項に記載のキットであって、前記インプラントを拡張した状態にするための前記手段は、前記眼用インプラント(10a、10b)の部分であり、取り外し式が好ましい、ことを特徴とするキット。
- 請求項13から15のいずれか1項に記載のキットであって、前記光源によって提供された前記光を前記目の中に送達するための前記手段は、光案内要素(16)を含む、ことを特徴とするキット。
- 請求項14を引用する請求項16に記載のキットであって、前記光案内要素(16)は、前記少なくとも1つのテンションリング(14)又は前記少なくとも1つのバルーン(15)に埋め込まれる、ことを特徴とするキット。
- 眼用インプラント(10a、10b)であって、
光学部分(11)と、
少なくとも2つのポリマハプティック(12a、12b)と、
を含み、前記眼用インプラントは、更に、
