Claims (5)
- ホーニング加工において歯車に表面構造を形成する方法であって、少なくとも1つのホーニング工具が歯車に沿って第1の軸交差角を用いて第1の方向に動かされ、その後、少なくとも1つのホーニング工具が歯車に沿って、第2の軸交差角を用いて、第1の方向とは反対の第2の方向に動かされ、少なくとも1つのホーニング工具が歯車の表面上で第1の方向に動かされたときに施される第1の筋目が、少なくとも1つのホーニング工具が歯車の表面上で第2の方向に動かされたときに施される第2の筋目のそれぞれと予め定められた角度で少なくとも部分的に交差するように、第1の軸交差角および第2の軸交差角が選択され、
前記少なくとも1つのホーニング工具が、ホーニングリングとして構成されており、歯車に沿って径方向に動かされ、
前記第1の軸交差角および第2の軸交差角は、前記ホーニング工具の回転軸と、前記歯車の回転軸との間の角度であることを特徴とする方法。 - ホーニング加工として歯車ホーニング加工が選択されることを特徴とする請求項1の方法。
- ホーニング工具が歯車に沿って動かされる際に電動ホーニングユニットが使用されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2の方法。
- 歯車にクロスカットが施されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項の方法。
- 筋目が歯車の内歯または外歯に施されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項の方法。
