Description
Claims (2)
- 雌ネジに対してねじ込み量調整可能に螺着されるネジ軸を有する調整ボルトの緩み止め構造であって、
前記ネジ軸に外嵌されるとともに前記雌ネジに対する軸方向位置が固定された筒管と、前記ネジ軸が螺合するネジ孔を有するナットとを備え、該ナットの軸方向一側面には、前記筒管の一端部が嵌まり込む凹部が設けられ、該凹部の内周面は、奥側に至るにしたがって縮径するテーパー面であるとともに、該テーパー面の軸心は前記ネジ孔の軸心に対して僅かに偏心されており、前記ネジ軸に螺着した前記ナットを前記筒管に対して締め込むことにより前記偏心テーパー面を前記筒管の一端部に圧接させて前記ナットのネジ孔の軸心を前記ネジ軸の軸心に対して偏心及び/又は傾斜させ、これにより前記ナットの締め込み量に応じたプリベリングトルクが前記調整ボルトに生じた状態で前記調整ボルトを緩めたり締結したりすることができるよう構成されている、調整ボルトの緩み止め構造。 - 前記雌ネジは前記筒管の内面に形成されている請求項1に記載の調整ボルトの緩み止め構造。
