Claims (11)
- パウチによって電極組立体及び電解液が密閉され、前記パウチの一側の外部に陽極タブ及び陰極タブが引き出されるように形成されるパウチ型電池セルを形成する第1段階と、
前記第1段階で形成された複数の前記パウチ型電池セルをスタッキング(Staking)する第2段階と、
前記第2段階の複数のパウチ型電池セルを固定ユニットで固定して単位モジュールを形成する第3段階と、
前記第3段階で形成された複数の単位モジュールをモジュールケースに配列する第4段階と、を含み、
前記固定ユニットは、熱膨張性黒鉛又は熱膨張性金属を含むことを特徴とする、リチウム二次電池パックの製造方法。 - 前記固定ユニットは熱膨張性高分子を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池パックの製造方法。
- 前記固定ユニットは、テープ型、バンド型、チューブ型及びボックス型のいずれか一つ又は二つ以上の形態が適用されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池パックの製造方法。
- 前記第3段階での単位モジュールの一面には保護回路又はPTC回路が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池パックの製造方法。
- 前記熱膨張性高分子は、PE、PP、PS、PVC、アクリル及びブチル樹脂からなる群から選択される1種からなることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のリチウム二次電池パックの製造方法。
- 前記固定ユニットの内部ガス排出機能は前記パウチ型電池セルの温度が80℃以上であるときに機能することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池パックの製造方法。
- 前記固定ユニットの膨張圧力は0.2N/mm2〜1.5N/mm2であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池パックの製造方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のリチウム二次電池パックの製造方法によって製造された二次電池を含むことを特徴とする、デバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、電子機器、電気自動車、ハイブリッド自動車及び電力貯蔵装置からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のデバイス。
- パウチによって電極組立体及び電解液が密閉され、前記パウチの一側の外部に陽極タブ及び陰極タブが引き出されるように形成されるパウチ型電池セルと、
複数の前記パウチ型電池セルをスタッキングした後に固定ユニットで固定した単位モジュールと、
前記単位モジュールが複数配列されたモジュールケースとを含み、
前記固定ユニットは、熱膨張性黒鉛又は熱膨張性金属を含むことを特徴とする、リチウム二次電池パック。 - 前記固定ユニットは一つ以上のバンド状のテープであることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のリチウム二次電池パック。
