Claims (5)
- 第1回折面を有する第1回折体と、
第2回折面を有する第2回折体と、
前記第1回折面および前記第2回折面が並んで露出するように、前記第1回折体および前記第2回折体を収容する枠体とを備え、
前記第1回折体および前記第2回折体の対向面の少なくともいずれかに凹部を有し、
該凹部よりも突出する、セラミックスからなる球体を有する、分光器。 - 前記凹部は、前記球体と接する面の算術平均粗さRaが0.5μm以下である、請求項1に記載の分光器。
- 前記球体は、前記凹部と3点以上で接する、請求項1または2に記載の分光器。
- 前記対向面間の隙間は、0.05mm以上0.15mm以下である、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の分光器。
- 前記枠体は、線膨張係数が1.5×10−6/K以下のセラミックスからなる、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の分光器。
