Description
Claims (10)
- 個人に関与する緊急事態において保護されるべき人の保護責任者に警告するためのソフトウェアアプリであって、当該ソフトウェアアプリは、モバイルデバイスのメモリにダウンロード可能で、当該モバイルデバイスのプロセッサにより実行可能な命令を含み、当該命令は、
心拍モニタを用いて前記人の正常心拍の範囲を確立するステップと、
前記人の正常心拍の範囲外である、前記人の異常心拍を検出するステップと、
異常心拍の検出に応答して、前記保護されるべき人により携行されるモバイルデバイス上のカメラ、マイクロフォン、加速度計、及び位置インジケータの少なくとも一つを駆動するステップと、
前記モバイルデバイスと通信ネットワーク間の無線データ接続を確立するステップと、
前記通信ネットワークを介して、駆動されるカメラ、マイクロフォン、加速度計、若しくは位置インジケータからデータを送信するステップと
を有する方法を実行する、ソフトウェアアプリ。 - 前記位置インジケータが全地球測位衛星(GPS)ユニットを含む、請求項1に記載のソフトウェアアプリ。
- 前記人の正常心拍の範囲を確立するステップが、前記人の手首に装着される心拍モニタから前記人の心拍を読み取るステップを含む、請求項1に記載のソフトウェアアプリ。
- 前記人の正常心拍の範囲外である、前記人の異常心拍を検出するステップが、
前記保護されるべき人により携行されるモバイルデバイスの加速度計からデータを読み取るステップを含む、請求項1に記載のソフトウェアアプリ。 - 前記通信ネットワークを介してデータを送信するステップがデータを連続的にストリーミングするステップを含む、請求項1に記載のソフトウェアアプリ。
- データ送信に応答して前記通信ネットワークを介してリモートデバイスからデータを受信するステップをさらに有する、請求項1に記載のソフトウェアアプリ。
- 保護されるべき人に関与する緊急事態を、当該保護されるべき人の保護責任者に警告するための装置であって、
前記保護されるべき人により装着可能な、当該人の心拍を検出するための心拍モニタと、
前記保護されるべき人により携行可能な、前記心拍モニタと通信するモバイルデバイスとを有し、
当該モバイルデバイスが、
前記モバイルデバイスと通信ネットワークとの間で通信するための無線データ通信器と、
カメラ、マイクロフォン、加速度計、及び位置インジケータの少なくとも一つと、
前記カメラ、マイクロフォン、加速度計、及び位置インジケータの少なくとも一つから前記通信ネットワークを介してデータを送信するための送信器と、
ソフトウェア命令を実行可能なプロセッサと
を含み、当該ソフトウェア命令が、
心拍モニタを用いて前記人の正常心拍の範囲を確立するステップと、
前記人の正常心拍の範囲外である前記人の異常心拍を検出するステップと、
前記人の異常心拍の検出に応答して、前記カメラ、マイクロフォン、加速度計、及び位置インジケータの少なくとも一つを駆動するステップと
を含む方法を実行する、
装置。 - 前記心拍モニタがBluetooth(登録商標)を介して前記モバイルデバイスと通信可能である、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記モバイルデバイスがスマートフォンである、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記人の正常心拍の範囲外である前記人の異常心拍を検出するステップが、不整脈を検出するステップも含む、請求項7に記載の装置。
