Description
Claims (17)
- ペダルを備えた電動補助車両に用いられる電動補助システムであって、
前記ペダルに加えられた乗員の人力により回転するクランク軸と、
前記クランク軸に発生するトルクの大きさに応じたトルク信号を出力するトルクセンサと、
前記乗員の人力を補助する補助力を発生させる電動モータと、
前記電動補助車両の進行方向に関する現在の加速度に応じた加速度信号を出力する加速度センサと、
前記トルク信号および前記加速度信号を受け取って、前記電動モータに発生させる補助力の大きさを決定する制御装置と
を備え、
前記制御装置は、予め用意された規則に基づいて前記トルク信号から目標加速度を算出し、前記目標加速度と前記現在の加速度との偏差が小さくなるよう、前記電動モータに発生させる補助力の大きさを決定する、電動補助システム。 - 前記制御装置は、PID制御により、前記電動モータに発生させる補助力の大きさを決定し、前記偏差を小さくする、請求項1に記載の電動補助システム。
- 前記制御装置は、前記偏差が0に近づくよう、前記電動モータに発生させる補助力の大きさを決定する、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の電動補助システム。
- 前記制御装置は、前記電動モータに流すべき電流の指令値と、前記電動モータに発生させる補助力に対応するモータトルクの大きさとを対応付けたテーブルを予め保持しており、前記テーブルを参照して前記モータトルクを発生させる電流の指令値を決定する、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の電動補助システム。
- 前記制御装置は、前記偏差の大きさに応じた範囲ごとに、前記電動モータに流すべき電流の指令値と、モータトルクの大きさとが対応付けられたテーブルを予め保持しており、前記テーブルを参照して前記モータトルクを発生させる電流の指令値を決定する、請求項4に記載の電動補助システム。
- 前記制御装置は、予め用意された前記規則を保持する記憶装置を備える、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の電動補助システム。
- 前記規則は、前記トルク信号と目標加速度との対応関係を規定するマップまたは関数である、請求項8に記載の電動補助システム。
- 前記関数は非線形関数または線形関数である、請求項9に記載の電動補助システム。
- 前記制御装置は、受け取った前記加速度信号に含まれる予め定められた周波数以上の高周波成分を透過させるハイパスフィルタを有する、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の電動補助システム。
- 前記制御装置は、5Hz以上の高周波成分を透過させるハイパスフィルタを有する、請求項11に記載の電動補助システム。
- 前記乗員が前記ペダルを漕いで前記クランク軸を1回転させる期間中に、
前記トルクセンサおよび前記加速度センサは、複数回または連続してトルク信号および加速度信号を出力し、
前記制御装置は、前記電動モータに発生させる補助力の大きさを複数回または時間的に連続して決定する、請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の電動補助システム。 - 前記乗員が前記ペダルを漕いで前記クランク軸を1回転させる期間中に、
前記トルク信号は、前記乗員がペダルを漕ぐ動作に連動する前記クランク軸の回転に応じて変化し、
前記加速度信号は、前記乗員がペダルを漕ぐ動作および前記電動補助車両に加えられる外乱に応じて変化し、
前記制御装置は、予め定められたタイミングで、
前記トルク信号から目標加速度を算出し、前記加速度信号から加速度を算出し、前記電動モータに発生させる補助力の大きさを決定する、請求項13に記載の電動補助システム。 - 指令値に応じて、振幅、周波数、流れる向きの少なくとも一つが制御された電流を前記電動モータに出力するモータ駆動回路をさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、決定した前記補助力の大きさに対応する電流を流すための指令値をモータ駆動回路に出力する、請求項1から14のいずれかに記載の電動補助システム。 - 請求項15に記載の電動補助システムを備えた電動補助車両。
- 前輪および後輪と、
前記乗員の人力および前記補助力を前記後輪に伝達する動力伝達機構と
をさらに備えた請求項16に記載の電動補助車両。
