Description
Claims (21)
- 反応ガスすなわち二酸化炭素および/または一酸化炭素を反応器(100、200)により水素を用いて触媒的メタン化するための方法であって、水の電気分解によって水素ガスが製造される第一のステップを有し、第二のステップにおいて、得られた水素を用いて二酸化炭素および/または一酸化炭素の前記触媒的メタン化が行なわれるように構成し、前記電気分解に要される電気エネルギーが、再生可能エネルギー源から取り出される方法において、前記メタン化に使用される触媒(140)が、700J/(kgK)より高い蓄熱能を有するキャリア構造物上に配置され、前記キャリア構造物が前記メタン化中に発生する反応熱の蓄熱材料として使用され、前記キャリア構造物に蓄熱された前記反応熱は少なくとも1つの熱交換装置(170、270)を経て排出されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記キャリア構造物はハニカム構造物として形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記反応器(100)は、連続して、並行して、または交互に、前記反応ガスが供給される少なくとも2つの反応チャンバ(110a、110b、110c)を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも2つの反応チャンバ(110a、110b、110c)は、連続して、並行して、または交互に、前記反応ガスが供給される少なくとも2つのコンパートメント(131、132)に区分されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 触媒(140)が配置された少なくとも1つの反応チャンバ(110a、110b、110c)を有する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実施するための設備(100、200)であって、前記少なくとも1つの反応チャンバ(110a、110b、110c)が、少なくとも1つのガス供給管(150a、150b、150c)と、少なくとも1つの熱交換装置(170)と、を有するように構成され、前記メタン化に使用される前記触媒(140)が、700J/(kgK)より高い蓄熱能を有するキャリア構造物を有することを特徴とする設備(100、200)。
- 前記触媒(140)の前記キャリア構造物はハニカム状基材によるハニカム構造を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の設備(100、200)。
- 前記ハニカム状基材は、長方形、正方形、正三角形、または正六角形の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の設備(100、200)。
- 前記ハニカムは、0.05〜0.3mの側長と0.1〜0.6mのハニカム高さとを有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の設備(100、200)。
- 前記触媒(140)の前記キャリア構造物は、セラミック酸化物であることを特徴とする請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載の設備(100、200)。
- 前記セラミック酸化物は、酸化ケイ素、酸化チタン、酸化アルミニウム、酸化セリウム、酸化ジルコニウム、またはそれらの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の設備(100、200)。
- 前記キャリア構造物は、1300℃〜1600℃で焼結されたコーディエライト、ムライト、または酸化アルミニウム材料から製造されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の設備(100、200)。
