Claims (7)
- 半導体発光素子を有しており車両用灯具として用いられる光源の点消灯状態を制御するための装置であって、
前記光源から出射される光の光度を指示する制御信号を生成し出力する制御部と、
前記制御部から与えられる前記制御信号に基づいて前記光源を駆動する光源駆動部と、
を含み、
前記制御信号に基づいて前記光源駆動部により駆動されて前記光源から出射する光は、一定の光度変化パターンを一定の周期で繰り返すものであり、
前記光度変化パターンは、第1区間では実質的に瞬時に前記光度が最低値から最高値へ変化し、前記第1区間に続く第2区間では前記光度が前記最高値の状態を保ち、前記第2区間に続く第3区間では前記光度が前記最高値から前記最低値へ向けて漸減し、前記第3区間に続く第4区間では前記光度が前記最低値の状態を保つものであり、
前記第3区間の時間は、前記第1区間と前記第2区間の合計時間よりも長い、
車両用灯具の点灯制御装置。 - 前記第4区間の時間は、前記第1区間と前記第2区間の合計時間よりも長く、かつ前記第3区間の時間よりも短い、
請求項1に記載の車両用灯具の点灯制御装置。 - 前記光度変化パターンは、前記第1区間において前記周期の長さの少なくとも1/500以下の時間で前記光度が最低値から最高値へ変化する、
請求項1又は2に記載の車両用灯具の点灯制御装置。 - 前記光度変化パターンは、前記第1区間において1ミリ秒間以下の時間で前記光度が最低値から最高値へ変化する、
請求項1又は2に記載の車両用灯具の点灯制御装置。 - 前記第1区間と前記第2区間の合計時間を少なくとも40ミリ秒間以上に設定する、
請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の車両用灯具の点灯制御装置。 - 前記第3区間の時間を少なくとも120ミリ秒間以上に設定する、
請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の車両用灯具の点灯制御装置。 - 請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の車両用灯具の点灯制御装置と、
当該点灯制御装置によって制御される光源と、を備える
車両用灯具システム。
