- マイクロフォンアレイであって、
電源回路装置であって、電源電圧用の入力端子(221)と出力電圧用の出力端子(2
25)とクロック信号(CLK)用の端子224)とを備え前記電源電圧のレベルに応じて前記出力電圧の少なくとも2つの異なるレベルを生成するように構成されたスイッチモード電源回路(220)を備える電源回路装置と、
少なくとも2つマイクロフォン回路(230、250)であって、その各々が出力端子を有するマイクロフォントランスデューサ(235)と、電源電圧用の電源端子(236)及び音声信号用の出力端子(237)を有し前記マイクロフォントランスデューサの出力端子が接続されている増幅器と、前記スイッチモード電源回路(220)の出力端子(225)に接続された入力端子と前記増幅器(234)の前記電源端子に接続された出力端子とを有する電圧レギュレータ回路(232)であって、前記電圧レギュレータ回路(232)の前記出力端子において前記スイッチモード電源回路(220)の前記出力電圧のレベルに応じて電圧を供給するように構成されている電圧レギュレータ回路(232)と、を備える少なくとも2つマイクロフォン回路(230、250)と、を備え、
前記少なくとも2つのマイクロフォン回路のそれぞれの前記増幅器の前記出力端子が1つのノードにまとめられる、マイクロフォンアレイ。 - 前記スイッチモード電源回路(220)は、前記電源電圧がしきい値よりも高いときには、第1の電圧を生成し、前記電源電圧のレベルが前記しきい値よりも低いときには、前記第1の電圧よりも低い第2の電圧を生成するように構成される、請求項1に記載のマイクロフォンアレイ。
- 前記電源回路装置は、前記電源電圧のレベルを監視するモニタ回路(222)と、
前記モニタ回路(222)によって監視される前記レベルに応じて前記クロック信号(CLK)を制御する制御回路(223)と、を更に備える請求項1又は2に記載のマイクロフォンアレイ。 - 前記制御回路(223)は、前記モニタ回路によってなされた決定に応じて、前記スイッチモード電源回路(220)に供給される前記クロック信号(CLK)のデューティサイクルを変更するように構成される、請求項3に記載のマイクロフォンアレイ。
- 前記電圧レギュレータ回路(232)は、制御信号(CON)に応じて切り替え可能に制御される前記出力端子に電圧を供給するように構成されている、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロフォンアレイ。
- 前記電圧レギュレータ回路(232)は、前記電圧レギュレータ回路(232)の前記入力端子の電圧がしきい値を超えると、前記電圧レギュレータ回路(232)の前記出力端子(236)に高い電圧を供給するように構成され、前記電圧レギュレータ回路(232)の前記入力端子の電圧が前記しきい値を下回ると、前記電圧レギュレータ回路(232)の前記出力端子(236)に低い電圧を供給するように構成される、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロフォンアレイ。
- 前記マイクロフォン回路は、前記電圧レギュレータ回路(232)の前記入力端子に結合され、前記電圧レギュレータ回路(232)の出力電圧のレベルを制御する前記電圧レギュレータ回路に結合された出力端子を有する、電圧検出器(231)を備える、請求項6に記載のマイクロフォンアレイ。
- 前記スイッチモード電源回路(220)は、バックコンバータ回路として構成される、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロフォンアレイ。
- 前記バックコンバータ回路は、入力端子(221)と出力端子(225)とを有し、
前記バックコンバータ回路は、
前記入力端子に結合され、前記クロック信号(CLK)によって制御される制御端子(224)を有する、スイッチトランジスタ(331)と、
前記スイッチトランジスタ(331)と直列に結合され、前記出力端子(225)に結合された、インダクタ(332)と、
前記スイッチトランジスタ(331)と、前記インダクタ(332)と、の間のノードに結合されたダイオード(333)と、を備える、請求項8に記載のマイクロフォンアレイ。 - 前記クロック信号(CLK)は、前記電源電圧のレベルがしきい値よりも高い場合には高いデューティサイクルを示し、前記電源電圧のレベルがしきい値よりも低い場合には低いデューティサイクルを示すように制御される、請求項9に記載のマイクロフォンアレイ。
- 前記電圧レギュレータ回路(232)は、低ドロップアウトレギュレータとして構成される、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロフォンアレイ。
- 前記低ドロップアウトレギュレータは、
電源電圧(VIN)用の入力端子(225)及び出力電圧(VREG)用の出力端子(236)と、
制御経路が前記入力端子(225)と前記出力端子(236)との間に接続されるトランジスタ(410)と、
基準電圧(VREF)用の端子と制御電圧用の端子とを有する増幅器(420)と、
前記低ドロップアウトレギュレータの前記出力端子(236)と前記増幅器の制御電圧用の前記端子との間に結合された第1の分圧器及び第2の分圧器であって、交互にイネーブルされるように構成される第1の分圧器(432、431)及び第2の分圧器(434、431)と、を備える、請求項11に記載のマイクロフォンアレイ。 - 前記低ドロップアウトレギュレータの前記第1の分圧器(432、431)及び前記第2の分圧器(434、431)は、それぞれのスイッチ(433、435)を含み、前記電圧検出器の前記出力端子(236)が、前記スイッチに結合される、請求項7を引用している請求項11を引用する請求項12に記載のマイクロフォンアレイ。
- 複数のマイクロフォン回路(250、110、112)を更に備え、
前記マイクロフォン回路(230、250、110、112)の各々は、マイクロフォントランスデューサ(235)と、前記マイクロフォントランスデューサに結合されオーディオ信号用の出力端子(237)を有する増幅器(234)と、電圧レギュレータ回路(232)と、を備え、
前記少なくとも1つのマイクロフォン回路(230)及び前記複数のマイクロフォン回路(250)の前記電圧レギュレータ回路が、前記スイッチモード電源回路(220)の前記出力電圧用の前記出力端子(225)に結合され、
前記少なくとも1つのマイクロフォン回路(230)及び前記複数のマイクロフォン回路(250)の前記増幅器(234)のオーディオ信号用の前記出力端子(237)が、前記オーディオ信号用の加算ノード(120)に結合されている、請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロフォンアレイ。
