Claims (5)
- ウィンドウガラスに設けられた開口をスライドパネルによって開閉するパワースライドウィンドウであって、
前記ウィンドウガラスに設けられ、前記ウィンドウガラスのパネル面に沿って開閉方向に延在するピンガイド溝を画定するガイドレールと、
前記スライドパネルから前記パネル面に沿って前記開閉方向に交差する方向に突出し、前記ピンガイド溝に係合する少なくとも1つのピンと、
前記ガイドレールに設けられたスライダガイド溝にスライド可能に設けられ、駆動源によって前記開閉方向にスライド駆動されるスライダと、
前記スライダに形成され、少なくとも1つの前記ピンを受容し、前記パネル面に交差する方向に延在する少なくとも1つのピン駆動溝とを有し、
前記ピンガイド溝が、前記パネル面に沿って延在する溝主部と、前記スライドパネルが閉位置の近傍に達した時に少なくとも1つの前記ピンを介して前記スライドパネルを前記ウィンドウガラスに近接する向きに駆動するべく前記溝主部から延出する少なくとも1つの溝延出部とを有し、
前記ピンガイド溝の前記溝主部と前記スライダガイド溝とが少なくとも部分的に互いに共通に形成されていることを特徴とするパワースライドウィンドウ。 - 少なくとも1つの前記溝延出部が前記溝主部の前記閉位置の側の端部に接続しており、
前記スライダガイド溝が、前記溝主部の前記閉位置の側の端部を超えて前記溝主部の延長方向に延出するスライダ専用溝部を備え、
前記スライダ専用溝部が前記溝主部及び少なくとも1つの前記溝延出部よりも浅く形成され、
少なくとも1つの前記ピンが前記スライダ専用溝部の深さよりも大きい突入長さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパワースライドウィンドウ。 - 前記スライダが、少なくとも1つの前記ピン駆動溝を備えた金属製の主板部材と、前記主板部材に取り付けられ、前記スライダガイド溝に突入する樹脂製の少なくとも1つの摺動部材とを有し、
前記駆動源の動力を伝達するケーブルの端部が前記スライダガイド溝の内部にて前記スライダに連結され、
前記主板部材が、折り曲げ形成されて少なくとも1つの前記摺動部材に突入し、前記ケーブルの端部を係止する少なくとも1つの折曲片を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のパワースライドウィンドウ。 - 少なくとも1つの前記摺動部材が、前記スライダガイド溝に突入する突入部と、前記スライダガイド溝の外部にて前記ガイドレールに摺接する1対のフランジ部とを備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のパワースライドウィンドウ。
- 少なくとも1つの前記ピンが、前記スライドパネルの閉方向の側に設けられた第1ピンと、前記スライドパネルの開方向の側に設けられた第2ピンとを含み、
少なくとも1つの前記溝延出部が、前記溝主部の前記閉位置の側の端部に接続し、前記スライドパネルが前記閉位置の近傍に達した時に前記第1ピンを案内する第1溝延出部と、前記溝主部の長手方向の中間部に接続し、前記スライドパネルが前記閉位置の近傍に達した時に前記第2ピンを案内する第2溝延出部とを含み、
前記主板部材が前記第1ピン及び前記第2ピンを駆動するべく2つの前記ピン駆動溝を備え、
少なくとも1つの前記摺動部材が、2つの前記ピン駆動溝の前記開閉方向の両側に配置された2つの前記摺動部材を含み、
少なくとも1つの前記折曲片が、2つの前記摺動部材の前記開閉方向の両側に配置された前記ケーブルの2つの端部に形成された拡径部を係止する2つの前記折曲片を含むことを特徴とする請求項3又は請求項4に記載のパワースライドウィンドウ。
