Claims (8)
- 誘電体フィルムおよび金属膜を有する本体部と、外部電極と、を具備し、
該外部電極は、前記本体部の第1方向の両端に位置する一対の本体端部にそれぞれ設けられ、
前記金属膜は、いずれか一方の前記本体端部において、前記外部電極に接続する第1部位と、他方の前記本体端部に位置する第2部位と、前記第1方向において、前記第1部位と前記第2部位との間に位置する第3部位と、を有し、
前記第3部位の膜厚は、前記第2部位の膜厚よりも小さく、
第1部位の膜厚は、第2部位の膜厚よりも大きく、
前記第1部位の前記第1方向における長さが前記第3部位の前記第1方向における長さよりも長いフィルムコンデンサ。 - 前記誘電体フィルムを挟んで互いに対向する一対の前記金属膜において、少なくとも一方の前記金属膜の前記第3部位の一部と、他方の前記金属膜の前記第3部位の一部とが重なるように配置されている、請求項1に記載のフィルムコンデンサ。
- 前記第2部位は、断続的に設けられた網目状の溝により分離されるように形成された複数の小領域と、該小領域間をつなぐヒューズ部とにより構成されている、請求項1または2に記載のフィルムコンデンサ。
- 前記誘電体フィルムの前記第1方向における長さをW0とし、前記第3部位の前記第1方向における長さをW3としたとき、前記W0に対する前記W3の比(W3/W0)が0.2〜0.3である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のフィルムコンデンサ。
- 複数のフィルムコンデンサと、該複数のフィルムコンデンサを接続するバスバーと、を備え、前記フィルムコンデンサが、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のフィルムコンデンサである、連結型コンデンサ。
- スイッチング素子により構成されるブリッジ回路と、該ブリッジ回路に接続された容量部とを備え、前記容量部が請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のフィルムコンデンサである、インバータ。
- スイッチング素子により構成されるブリッジ回路と、該ブリッジ回路に接続された容量部とを備え、前記容量部が請求項5に記載の連結型コンデンサである、インバータ。
- 電源と、該電源に接続されたインバータと、該インバータに接続されたモータと、該モータにより駆動する車輪と、を備え、前記インバータが、請求項6または請求項7に記載のインバータである、電動車輌。
