Description
ここで、nは0又は1から1000までの自然数、好ましくは0又1から5までの自然数であり、
R及びR1は互いに独立しており、ヘテロ原子を任意に含み、必要により置換され、及びエポキシ基との付加反応が可能な少なくとも1つの部分を必要により含むC1−C20アルキル部又はアラルキル部をそれぞれ意味する。R1は、非置換型のC1−C4アルキル部、特にメチル部を意味することが好ましい。
30から60wt%の硬化性エポキシ樹脂と、
0.5から10wt%の少なくとも1つのシロキサンと、
0から5.0wt%の揺変剤と、
20から80wt%の無機充填剤と、
10から20wt%のエポキシドの硬化剤と、
0から40wt%のさらなる添加剤と
を含み、
総重量パーセントが100である。
最初に樹脂成分(A)を、表1に示す成分を混合して生成した。その際、成分は最初に手作業で予め撹拌し、次に高速混合機で10秒間1000rpm、続いて20秒間2500rpm、続いて15秒間1500rpmで混合した。

アムシロックス:1、3−ビス(3−アミノプロピル)テトラメチルジシロキサン
最初に樹脂成分(A)を表3に示す成分を混合して生成した。その際、成分は最初に手作業で予め撹拌し、次に高速混合機で10秒間1000rpm、続いて20秒間2500rpm、続いて15秒間1500rpmで混合した。

Claims (11)
- 付加反応により重合可能な少なくとも1つのエポキシ系樹脂を硬化性成分として含む、少なくとも1つの樹脂成分(A)と、前記樹脂成分(A)の樹脂の硬化剤を含む硬化剤成分(B)と、を含む2成分モルタル化合物であって、少なくとも1つの前記硬化剤成分は、エポキシ基との付加反応が可能な少なくとも1つの官能部を有するが、シリコン原子に結合する加水分解基を有しない、少なくとも1つのシロキサンを有する、ことを特徴とする2成分モルタル化合物。
- エポキシ基との付加反応が可能な前記官能部が末端部である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2成分モルタル化合物。
- 前記官能部は、ヒドロキシ、カルボキシ、アミノ、第2級アミノ、メルカプト、イソシアナト、アルケニル、(メタ)アクリロイル、アンヒドリド、及びエポキシ部から成る群から選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の2成分モルタル化合物。
- 前記シロキサンはR3Si−[O−Si(R1)2]n−O−SiR3構造を有し、
ここで、nは0又は1から1000までの自然数であり、
R及びR1はお互いに独立しており、ヘテロ原子を必要により含み、エポキシ基との付加反応が可能な少なくとも1つの部分を含むC1−C20アルキル部又はアラルキル部をそれぞれ意味し、R1はC1−C4アルキル部から成る群から選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1つに記載の2成分モルタル化合物。 - 前記シロキサンが、2つ又はそれ以上の同一又は異なるエポキシ基と付加反応が可能な官能性末端部を有し、前記官能性末端部はアミノ及びエポキシ部から成る群から選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項2乃至4の何れか1つに記載の2成分モルタル化合物。
- 前記シロキサンは、1,3−ビス(2−アミノエチルアミノエチル)テトラメチルジシロキサン、1,3−ビス(グリシドキシプロピル)テトラメチル−ジシロキサン、トリス(グリシドキシプロピルジメチルシロキシ)フェニルシラン、3−メタクリロキシ−プロピルペンタメチルジシロキサン、ポリ(アクリロキシプロピルメチル)シロキサン、1,3−ビス(アクリロキシプロピルメチル)シロキサン、1,3−ビス(3−メタクリロキシプロピル)テトラキス−(トリメチルシロキシ)ジシロキサン、1,3−ビス(3−メタクリロキシプロピル)テトラメチルジシロキサン、モノメタクリロキシプロピル−末端ポリジメチルシロキサン、ポリ[ジメチルシロキサン−共−(3−(モノメタクリルオキシ)プロピル)メチルシロキサン]、1,3,−ビス(4−メタクリロキシブチル)−テトラメチルジシロキサン、(メタクリロキシプロピル)メチルシロキサン/ジメチルシロキサンコーポリマー、ドデカメチルペンタシロキサン、1,1,1,3,5,7,7,7−オクタメチル−3,5−ビス(トリメチルシラニルオキシ)テトラシロキサン、トリメチルシリル−末端ポリ(メチルヒドロシロキサン)、ビス(ヒドロキシアルキル)−末端ポリ(ジメチルシロキサン)、ポリ[ジ−メチルシロキサン−共−(2−(3,4−エポキシシクロヘキシル)エチル)メチルシロキサン]、ジグリシジルエーテル−末端ポリ(ジメチルシロキサン)、ポリ[ジメチルシロキサン−共−[3−(2−(3−ヒドロキシ−エトキシ)エトキシ)プロピル]メチルシロキサン]、及びモノグリシジルエーテル−末端ポリ(ジメチルシロキサン)から成る群から選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2成分モルタル化合物。
- 前記シロキサンの比率は、前記2成分モルタル化合物の総重量に対し、0.5から20wt%である、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか1つに記載の2成分モルタル化合物。
- 前記樹脂成分(A)及び/又は前記硬化剤成分(B)は、少なくとも1つの揺変剤をさらなる成分として含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか1つに記載の2成分モルタル化合物。
- 前記樹脂成分(A)及び/又は前記硬化剤成分(B)は、少なくとも1つの無機充填剤をさらなる成分として含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の何れか1つに記載の2成分モルタル化合物。
- 前記化合物がケーシング、カートリッジ、又はフォイルバッグに存在し、前記樹脂成分(A)と前記硬化剤成分(B)は互いに分離された室に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9の何れか1つに記載の2成分モルタル化合物。
- 鉱物基板の掘削孔における構造部品の化学的固定のための請求項1乃至10の何れか1つに記載の2成分モルタル化合物の使用。
