Description
Claims (17)
前記光源(2,3)は平坦な支持構成要素(9)により担持され、前記支持構成要素(9)は第1の平面内に広がる面(10)を有し、
前記ラジエータ(8)は折り曲げられた金属シートから形成されるとともに底(18)を有するハウジング(12)を備え、
前記ファン(7)は前記折り曲げられた金属シートに設けられた固定手段(19,20)によって前記ラジエータ(8)に固定されており、
前記ラジエータ(8)の底(18)は、前記支持構成要素(9)の前記面(10)の上に載置され、前記ハウジング(12)は固定要素(32)を有し、この固定要素(32)を介して前記ハウジング(12)が前記支持構成要素(9)に固定され、これにより前記光源(2,3)が前記支持構成要素(9)を介して前記ラジエータ(8)により支持される、光学モジュール。
折り曲げられた金属シートは前記放熱面(13)を取り囲むハウジング(12)を形成していることを特徴とする光学モジュール。
前記折り曲げられた金属シートは、一つのフィン、または、前記金属シートの折曲げ部または湾曲部によって相互に接続されるとともに相互に隔てられた複数のフィン(13)を形成しており、前記フィンは前記放熱面を形成していることを特徴とする光学モジュール。
前記フィン(13)及び前記ハウジング(12)は、前記折り曲げられた金属シートによって形成されている単一の構成要素を形成していることを特徴とする光学モジュール。
前記ファン(7)はクリッピングによって前記ラジエータ(8)に固定されていることを特徴とする光学モジュール。
前記放熱面(13)及び前記ハウジング(12)は2つの個別の構成要素を形成していることを特徴とする光学モジュール。
前記固定手段は前記ラジエータ(8)の前記ハウジング(12)に設けられていることを特徴とする光学モジュール。
前記折り曲げられた金属シートは、一つのフィン、または、前記金属シートの折曲げ部または湾曲部によって相互に接続されるとともに相互に隔てられた複数のフィン(13)を形成しており、前記フィンは前記放熱面を形成していること、及び前記固定手段は前記ラジエータ(8)の前記フィン(13)に設けられていることを特徴とする光学モジュール。
前記固定手段は少なくとも2つの弾性変形可能な固定タブ(19,20)を備えることを特徴とする光学モジュール。
前記ハウジング(12)、前記放熱面(13)及び前記固定手段(19,20)はアルミニウムから作られていることを特徴とする光学モジュール。
前記ファン(7)は、前記ラジエータ(8)の前記固定手段(19,20)と相互作用することが可能な相補固定手段を備えることを特徴とする光学モジュール。
前記光源は少なくとも1つの電界発光ダイオード(2,3)を備えることを特徴とする光学モジュール。
前記ファン(7)は、前記ラジエータ(8)に沿った前記ファン(7)のスライドと、その後に前記ラジエータ(8)の前記固定手段によって達成されるロックと、により前記ラジエータ(8)に固定されることを特徴とする光学モジュール。
前記スライドは2つの溝と2つのレールとの間の相互作用によって生じ、前記2つの溝は前記ラジエータ(8)及び前記ファン(7)からなる2つの構成要素のうちの一方に含まれており、前記2つのレールは他方の構成要素(7,8)に含まれていることを特徴とする光学モジュール。
前記レールは前記折り曲げられた金属シートの折返し部分であることを特徴とする光学モジュール。
