Abstract

一种散热装置,其包括一散热器及一风扇,所述散热器包括两第一散热鳍片及若干位于两第一散热鳍片之间的第二散热鳍片,所述两第一散热鳍片分别向外侧凸伸一高于所述第二散热鳍片的卡制部,每一卡制部开设一滑槽,所述风扇的两相对的边框分别向外延伸一凸棱,所述两凸棱分别对应地滑入所述散热器的两滑槽内将所述风扇固定于所述散热器。所述散热装置通过所述风扇的凸棱滑入所述散热器的滑槽内从而将所述风扇固定于所述散热器,既不对散热鳍片造成损坏,又方便拆装。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种散热装置。
背景技术
随着信息技术的飞速发展,计算机中央处理器的运算速度越来越快,其产生的热量也越来越多,过多的热量若无法及时排出,将严重影响中央处理器运行时的稳定性。为此,业界通常在中央处理器顶面装设一散热器,并在散热器顶端设置一风扇,利用风扇与散热器的组合来协助排出热量。
目前在风扇与散热器的鳍片的结合上,大都采以螺锁方式将散热鳍片与风扇结合固定,其通常在散热鳍片及风扇的四隅处分别设有螺孔,以便可以使用螺丝将风扇固定于散热鳍片上。但是这种固定方式不仅极易损坏到散热鳍片,使其产生变形,导致螺丝锁固变松而不能将风扇稳固在散热鳍片上;而且费工费时,在对散热鳍片及风扇的拆装上都甚为不便。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种既不对散热鳍片造成损坏,又方便拆装的散热装置。
一种散热装置,其包括一散热器及一风扇,所述散热器包括两第一散热鳍片及若干位于两第一散热鳍片之间的第二散热鳍片,所述两第一散热鳍片分别向外侧凸伸一高于所述第二散热鳍片的卡制部,每一卡制部开设一滑槽,所述风扇的两相对的边框分别向外延伸一凸棱,所述两凸棱分别对应地滑入所述散热器的两滑槽内将所述风扇固定于所述散热器。
相较现有技术,所述散热装置通过所述风扇的凸棱滑入所述散热器的滑槽内从而将所述风扇固定于所述散热器,既不对散热鳍片造成损坏,又方便拆装。

具体实施方式
请参照图1,本发明散热装置的较佳实施方式包括一散热器10及一风扇20。
该散热器10包括一基座12、设置于该基座12上的两相对的第一散热鳍片14及平行设置于该基座12并位于两第一散热鳍片14之间的若干第二散热鳍片16,两第一散热鳍片14的顶部分别向外侧凸伸一高于第二散热鳍片16的卡制部15。两卡制部15分别相对开设一滑槽151,每一卡制部15包括一自相应第一散热鳍片14顶部垂直向外延伸的底壁152、一自底壁152外缘垂直向上延伸的侧壁154及一自该侧壁154的顶部向内延伸的顶壁156。每一卡制部15的底壁152上开设两底部呈弧形的卡槽158。两卡制部15的底壁152与第二散热鳍片16的顶部等高。
请一并参阅图2,该风扇20的边框底部周缘向外延伸形成若干凸棱,其中至少有一对凸棱22平行且相对设置。该对凸棱22于其底面分别凸设两上表面呈弧状的卡榫222。
请一并参照图3,推动该风扇20将该对凸棱22分别滑入该散热器10的两卡制部15的两滑槽151,至该对凸棱22上的卡榫222分别卡入对应的卡制部15的底壁152的卡槽158内,即可将该风扇20固定于该散热器10上。
拆卸时,推动该风扇20使卡榫222分别自对应的卡槽158中脱扣,即可将该风扇20从该散热器10的两滑槽151内抽出。
可以理解,凸榫222可设置于该风扇20的凸棱22的不同表面,如侧面或上表面,相应地,该散热器10的卡槽158可对应地开设于侧壁154的内表面或顶壁156的下表面。

Claims (7)

1.一种散热装置,其包括一散热器及一风扇,所述散热器包括两第一散热鳍片及若干位于两第一散热鳍片之间的第二散热鳍片,其特征在于:所述两第一散热鳍片分别向外侧凸伸一高于所述第二散热鳍片的卡制部,每一卡制部开设一滑槽,所述风扇的两相对的边框分别向外延伸一凸棱,所述两凸棱分别对应地滑入所述散热器的两滑槽内将所述风扇固定于所述散热器。
2.如权利要求1所述的散热装置,其特征在于:每一滑槽内设有至少一卡槽,每一凸棱对应凸设至少一卡榫,所述卡榫分别卡扣于对应的卡槽内对所述风扇进行定位。
3.如权利要求2所述的散热装置,其特征在于:每一卡制部包括一自相应第一散热鳍片顶部垂直向外延伸的底壁、一自所述底壁外缘垂直向上延伸的侧壁及一自所述侧壁的顶部向内延伸的顶壁。
4.如权利要求3所述的散热装置,其特征在于:所述卡槽的底部呈弧形,其开设于所述卡制部的底壁,所述卡榫相应地凸设于所述凸棱的底面。
5.如权利要求3所述的散热装置,其特征在于:所述卡槽的底部呈弧形,其开设于所述卡制部的侧壁,所述卡榫相应地凸设于所述凸棱的侧面。
6.如权利要求3所述的散热装置,其特征在于:所述卡槽的底部呈弧形,其开设于所述卡制部的顶壁,所述卡榫相应地凸设于所述凸棱的上表面。
7.如权利要求3至6中任一项所述的散热装置,其特征在于:所述两卡制部的底壁与所述第二散热鳍片的顶部等高。
