Description
図8に示されるように、ウォーム44が正転駆動されて、当該ウォーム44の歯部45が矢印M1の方向に移動していくと、ウォームホイール46は矢印CWの方向に回転される。すると、ウォーム44の歯部45とウォームホイール46の歯部47との噛み合い点が、破線矢印に示されるように、BP1,BP2,BP3のようになる。
また、図9に示されるように、ウォーム44が逆転駆動されて、当該ウォーム44の歯部45が矢印M2の方向に移動していくと、ウォームホイール46は矢印CCWの方向に回転される。すると、ウォーム44の歯部45とウォームホイール46の歯部47との噛み合い点が、破線矢印に示されるように、BP4,BP5,BP6のようになる。

Claims (2)
- アーマチュア軸の回転を減速して出力する減速機構付モータであって、
前記アーマチュア軸により回転されるウォームと、
前記ウォームに噛み合わされるウォームホイールと、
を備え、
前記ウォームホイールの歯部の圧力角の方が、前記ウォームの歯部の圧力角よりも大きくなっており、
前記ウォームホイールの歯部の形状が、前記ウォームホイールの回転方向に沿う一方側および他方側で同じ形状となっており、
前記ウォームホイールの軸心を通り、かつ前記ウォームの軸線と直交する線分を基準線としたときに、
前記ウォームの歯部と前記ウォームホイールの歯部との噛み合い点の数が、
前記基準線に対して前記ウォームホイールの回転方向側の方が、前記基準線に対して前記ウォームホイールの回転方向側とは反対側よりも多くなっている、
減速機構付モータ。 - 請求項1に記載の減速機構付モータにおいて、
前記ウォームが鋼製であり、
前記ウォームホイールが樹脂製である、
