Description
Claims (15)
- 三次元印刷システムのためのリムーバブルユニットであって、
三次元印刷ジョブの処理中に使用される造形材料を格納するための少なくとも1つの部屋と、
三次元印刷システムのプリンタ装置と係合するための連結器と、
前記プリンタ装置の前記三次元印刷ジョブのための印刷ジョブ命令を記憶するためのメモリと
を含み、
前記印刷ジョブ命令は、前記連結器が係合されたときに、前記プリンタ装置によって前記メモリから読み取り可能であり、
前記メモリは、前記リムーバブルユニットが前記三次元印刷システムの材料処理ステーションと係合したときに、前記材料処理ステーションから前記印刷ジョブのための前記印刷ジョブ命令を受信し、記憶するように構成されている、リムーバブルユニット。 - 前記三次元印刷システムの前記材料処理ステーションと係合するための連結器
を含み、
前記メモリは、前記材料処理ステーションと係合したときに、前記材料処理ステーションから前記印刷ジョブのための前記印刷ジョブ命令を受信し、記憶するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のリムーバブルユニット。 - 前記三次元印刷システムの前記材料処理ステーションと係合するための連結器
を含み、
前記印刷ジョブ命令は、前記材料処理ステーションの前処理ジョブのための前処理ジョブ命令を含み、
前記メモリに記憶された前記印刷ジョブ命令は、前記連結器が係合されたときに、前記材料処理ステーションによって読み取り可能であり、
前記材料処理ステーションは、前記印刷ジョブ命令に基づいて、前記少なくとも1つの部屋に造形材料を充填するように構成される、請求項1に記載のリムーバブルユニット。 - 前記印刷ジョブのための前記印刷ジョブ命令を印刷アプリケーションから受信するための無線若しくは有線ネットワークインタフェースを含む、請求項1に記載のリムーバブルユニット。
- 前記連結器は、
機械的連結器と、
前記機械的連結器と一体化された電気的連結器を含むデータ転送インターフェースと
を含む、請求項1に記載のリムーバブルユニット。 - 三次元印刷システムのための材料処理ステーションであって、
前記三次元印刷システムのリムーバブルユニットと係合するための連結器と、
三次元印刷ジョブの処理中に使用される造形材料を係合されたリムーバブルユニットに装填するための材料供給システムと、
プリンタ装置の前記三次元印刷ジョブのための印刷ジョブ命令を当該材料処理ステーションから前記リムーバブルユニットへ伝送するためのデータ転送インターフェースと
を含む、材料処理ステーション。 - メモリと、
コントローラと、
前記三次元印刷ジョブのための前記印刷ジョブ命令を印刷アプリケーションから受信するためのネットワークインターフェースと
を含み、
前記コントローラは、前記リムーバブルユニットへのその後の伝送に備えて、前記受信した三次元印刷ジョブのための前記印刷ジョブ命令を前記メモリに保存するように構成される、請求項6に記載の材料処理ステーション。 - 前記コントローラは、
前記連結器を介した前記リムーバブルユニットの係合を検出し、
前記三次元印刷ジョブのための前記印刷ジョブ命令を、前記データ転送インタフェースを介して、前記係合されたリムーバブルユニットに送信する
ように構成される、請求項7に記載の材料処理ステーション。 - 前記コントローラは、
前記係合されたリムーバブルユニットから識別子を読み出し、
読み出された前記識別子と、前記印刷アプリケーションによって前記三次元印刷ジョブが割り当てられた特定のリムーバブルユニットの識別子との間に一致が見つかった場合、前記三次元印刷ジョブのための前記印刷ジョブ命令を、前記データ転送インタフェースを介して、係合された前記リムーバブルユニットに送信する
ように構成される、請求項8に記載の材料処理ステーション。 - 前記印刷ジョブ命令は、前記材料処理ステーションの前処理ジョブのための前処理ジョブ命令を含み、
前記コントローラは、前記メモリ内の前記印刷ジョブ命令に基づいて、前記係合されたリムーバブルユニットに供給するための造形材料の量を決定するように構成され、
前記材料供給システムは、前記決定された量の造形材料を、少なくとも1つの造形材料供給容器から前記係合されたリムーバブルユニットの部屋に供給するように構成される、請求項6〜9の何れか一項に記載の材料処理ステーション。 - 前記コントローラは、前記メモリ内の前記印刷ジョブ命令に基づいて、前記係合されたリムーバブルユニットに供給するための造形材料のタイプを決定するように構成され、
前記材料供給システムは、前記決定されたタイプの造形材料を、前記タイプを収容している少なくとも1つの造形材料供給容器から前記係合されたリムーバブルユニットの部屋に供給するように構成される、請求項6〜9の何れか一項に記載の材料処理ステーション。 - 前記コントローラは、前記メモリ内の前記印刷ジョブ命令に基づいて、複数の造形材料供給容器の各々からの異なるタイプの造形材料の混合を制御する、請求項11に記載の材料処理ステーション。
- 三次元印刷システムのためのプリンタ装置であって、
前記三次元印刷システムのリムーバブルユニットと係合するための連結器と、
係合されたリムーバブルユニット内に格納された造形材料を使用して三次元印刷ジョブを完遂するためのプリントコントローラと、
当該プリンタ装置の前記三次元印刷ジョブのための印刷ジョブ命令を前記係合されたリムーバブルユニットから受信するためのデータ転送インターフェースと
を含み、
前記リムーバブルユニットは、前記リムーバブルユニットが前記三次元印刷システムの材料処理ステーションと係合したときに、前記材料処理ステーションから前記印刷ジョブのための前記印刷ジョブ命令を受信し、記憶するように構成されたメモリを含む、プリンタ装置。 - 前記プリントコントローラの制御下で、前記三次元印刷ジョブのための前記印刷ジョブ命令に基づいて、少なくとも1つの造形材料の上位層に印刷剤を選択的に堆積させるための印刷剤堆積機構と、
印刷剤の堆積後に、前記造形材料の融着を可能にするための少なくとも1つのエネルギー源と
を含む、請求項13に記載のプリンタ装置。 - 前記リムーバブルユニットの造形プラットフォーム上に、造形材料の層が連続的に形成され、
前記連結器は、前記リムーバブルユニットの前記造形プラットフォームを前記印刷剤堆積機構の下に配置するように構成される、請求項14に記載のプリンタ装置。
