Claims (4)
- ドラム式製氷機で冷媒を循環させて、ドラムを冷却させる冷却システムであって、
前記ドラムの内部に冷媒を供給する冷媒供給管と、
前記ドラムの外部に冷媒を回収する冷媒回収管と、
前記冷媒回収管からの冷媒を高圧で圧縮させる圧縮機と、
前記圧縮機からの冷媒を液化させる凝縮器と、
前記凝縮器からの冷媒を膨張させて減圧する膨張機と、及び
前記膨張機からの冷媒を前記ドラムの内部に蒸発させる蒸発器とを含み、
前記膨張機は、前記冷媒供給管の前記ドラムの冷媒流入口側に挿入して設置される膨張ノズルで形成され、
前記膨張ノズルは、
前記冷媒供給管に締結されるボディ部と、前記ボディ部に締結されるノズルキャップとを備え、
前記ボディ部は、
周縁の外面にネジ山があり、中央に孔があるパイプ状であり、
前記ノズルキャップは、
周縁の内面にネジ山があり、中央に貫通孔があり、前記貫通孔周辺が凹んだ半球状であり、
前記ボディ部の前記ネジ山と前記ノズルキャップの前記ネジ山との締結によって、前記ボディ部と前記ノズルキャップとが着脱自在に結合され、また、前記ボディ部は、前記ボディ部の前記ネジ山を介して前記冷媒供給管に締結される
ことを特徴とする製氷機用冷却システム。 - 前記冷媒供給管は、前記冷媒回収管の外周面に面接触するように巻かれた予備冷却部をさらに含み、前記冷媒が前記蒸発器に供給される前に、前記冷媒供給管と前記冷媒回収管の温度差によって予め冷却される
請求項1に記載の製氷機用冷却システム。 - 前記ドラムの温度を測定し、測定された温度を前記ドラムの駆動を制御する制御装置に送信することにより、前記ドラムの稼働開始時点を調整できるようにする温度センサー部をさらに含む
請求項1に記載の製氷機用冷却システム。 - 前記温度センサー部は、前記冷媒回収管の前記ドラムの冷媒流出口側に設置される
