Abstract
A roller evaporator for a snow machine includes an inner layer and an outer layer. The inner layer is fixed on a high pressure tube and a low pressure tube, and the outer layer corresponds to and rotates relatively with respect to the inner layer. A roller of the roller evaporator is divided into two layers, with the inner layer being installed and sealed on the high pressure tube. Therefore, an extremely good sealing effect is provided and refrigerant does leak out easily while making ice.
Description
- a) Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a roller evaporator for a snow machine, and more particularly to a roller evaporator for a snow machine, which is used to make snow and is provided with an extremely good sealing effect.
- b) Description of the Prior Art
- A so-called snow machine is used to make snow and an ordinary snow machine includes a compressor and a roller evaporator which is connected to the compressor through a low pressure tube and a high pressure tube, respectively. In the existing technology, the roller of an ordinary evaporator is one-layered, and refrigerant is sent into the roller by the high pressure tube and is then exported by the low pressure tube; whereas, the roller rotates around the high pressure tube and the low pressure tube (which are fixed). The roller, the high pressure tube and the low pressure tube are sealed by sealing washers; however, as pressure in the high pressure tube is very high, the sealing washers cannot be sealed tightly, such that the refrigerant can easily leak out during making ice.
- Accordingly, how to solve the aforementioned issues and shortcomings of the prior art is a direction of research and development for improvement by the present inventor and related vendors.
- The primary object of the present invention is to provide a roller evaporator for a snow machine, wherein the roller evaporator includes an inner layer and an outer layer. The inner layer is fixed on a high pressure tube and a low pressure tube, the outer layer rotates relatively with respect to the inner layer, and thermal grease is filled between the inner layer and the outer layer. Moreover, two ports of the outer layer are transfixed with sealing washers which are connected respectively with the lower pressure tube and the high pressure tube, and two sides of the sealing washers are provided respectively with a bearing. When refrigerant is ejected out from nozzles of the high pressure tube, a roller of the outer layer can rotate relatively with respect to an evaporation tank of the inner layer and a rotation speed can be increased that the refrigerant does not leak out. By the aforementioned technologies, the issues existing in the conventional snow machine that the pressure in the high pressure tube is very high and the sealing washers cannot be sealed tightly, which results in that the refrigerant can leak out easily when making the ice, can be solved, thereby achieving the practical progressiveness of the good sealing effect and of that the refrigerant does not leak out easily during making the ice, by separating the roller of the roller evaporator into two layers and installing and sealing the inner layer on the high pressure tube.
- To enable a further understanding of the said objectives and the technological methods of the invention herein, the brief description of the drawings below is followed by the detailed description of the preferred embodiments.
-
FIG. 1 shows a schematic view of a first working principle of a preferred embodiment of the present invention. -
FIG. 2 shows a schematic view of a second working principle of the preferred embodiment of the present invention. -
FIG. 3 shows a structural schematic view of a roller evaporator of the present invention. - Referring to
FIGS. 1 and 2 , it shows a schematic view of a first working principle and a schematic view of a second working principle, of a preferred embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the drawings, two ends of aroller evaporator 120 of the present invention are connected respectively with ahigh pressure tube 102 and alow pressure tube 101; whereas, refrigerant 124 (as shown inFIG. 3 ) is transported by acompressor 105 to theroller evaporator 120 through thehigh pressure tube 102 following an arrow. A snow machine includes abox 113 which is used to seal each working part, acarrier 114 to support a bracket 115 which is used to install theroller evaporator 120, adoor 118 which is used to open thebox 113, achassis 111 which is used to install thecompressor 105 andsnow 112 which is made. - An outer side of the
roller evaporator 120 is installed with ascraper 117 which is used to scrape ice formed on an outer surface of aroller 125 of an outer layer. A lower side of theroller evaporator 120 is also provided with a water box 116 which contains water, and the water in the water box 116 is turned into ice by rotation of theroller evaporator 120. Referring toFIG. 3 , it shows a structural schematic view of the roller evaporator of the present invention. As shown in the drawing, theroller evaporator 120 for the snow machine comprises an inner layer and the outer layer. The outer layer is theroller 125 and the inner layer is anevaporation tank 126; whereas, theevaporation tank 126 is fixed on thehigh pressure tube 102 and thelow pressure tube 101. In the present embodiment, two ports of theroller 125 are tranfixed withsealing washers low pressure tube 101 andhigh pressure tube 102. In addition, two sides of thesealing washers bearing low pressure tube 101 and thehigh pressure tube 102, and theroller 125 can rotate relatively. - In the present embodiment, for quickly transmitting coldness in the
roller evaporator 120 to the outer surface of the outer layer of theroller 125,thermal grease 130 is filled between theevaporation tank 126 of the inner layer and theroller 125 of the outer layer. - The
roller evaporator 120 provided by the present embodiment is divided into the inner layer and the outer layer. Theevaporation tank 126 of the inner layer is fixed on thehigh pressure tube 102 and thelow pressure tube 101, or can be fixed by welding. Thethermal grease 130 is provided between theroller 125 of the outer layer and theevaporation tank 126 of the inner layer, is not provided with any pressure and can be simply sealed by thesealing washers refrigerant 124 is ejected out fromnozzles 123 of thehigh pressure tube 102, theroller 125 of the outer layer can rotate relatively with respect to theevaporation tank 126 of the inner layer and a rotation speed can be increased that therefrigerant 124 does not leak out. - Referring to all the drawings, the present invention is actually provided with following advantages when compared with the prior art.
- The
thermal grease 130 is provided between theroller 125 of the outer layer and theevaporation tank 126 of the inner layer, is not provided with any pressure and can be simply sealed by thesealing washers refrigerant 124 is ejected out from thenozzles 123 of thehigh pressure tube 102, theroller 125 of the outer layer rotates relatively with respect to theevaporation tank 126 of the inner layer and the rotation speed can be increased that therefrigerant 124 does not leak out. - It is of course to be understood that the embodiments described herein is merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.
