Claims (18)
- 複数のタッチ電極および複数の塗りつぶしパターンを含み、
前記複数のタッチ電極のほぼすべての境界のほぼすべての角部は略アール形状であり、
前記複数のタッチ電極は、複数の行の第1タッチ電極及び複数の列の第2タッチ電極を含み、
各第1タッチ電極及び隣接する塗りつぶしパターンは略円形を有する境界を形成する、タッチ基板。 - 前記複数のタッチ電極のほぼすべての境界は連続的に滑らかに曲がる、請求項1に記載のタッチ基板。
- タッチ電極の境界は、基本的に、アール角部により隣接して接続される複数の連続する滑らかな曲線からなる、請求項2に記載のタッチ基板。
- タッチ電極の境界は、基本的に、単一の連続する滑らかな曲線からなる、請求項2に記載のタッチ基板。
- タッチ電極の境界は直線部分を含む、請求項1に記載のタッチ基板。
- 前記複数の塗りつぶしパターンのほぼすべての境界のほぼすべての角部は略アール形状である、請求項1に記載のタッチ基板。
- 前記複数の塗りつぶしパターンのほぼすべての境界は連続的に滑らかに曲がる、請求項6に記載のタッチ基板。
- 塗りつぶしパターンの境界は、基本的に、アール角部により隣接して接続される複数の連続する滑らかな曲線からなる、請求項7に記載のタッチ基板。
- 塗りつぶしパターンの境界は、基本的に、単一の連続する滑らかな曲線からなる、請求項7に記載のタッチ基板。
- 前記複数の塗りつぶしパターンの少なくともひとつは、少なくとも2つのサブパターンを含むモザイクパターンであり、前記少なくとも2つのサブパターンのほぼすべての境界のほぼすべての角部は略アール形状である、請求項6に記載のタッチ基板。
- 前記複数の塗りつぶしパターンは、隣接するタッチ電極の対応部分と略相補的な境界を有する、請求項6に記載のタッチ基板。
- 塗りつぶしパターンの境界は直線部分を含む、請求項6に記載のタッチ基板。
- 2つの隣接する行の第1タッチ電極は、絶縁交点で列方向に沿って互いに絶縁され、
2つの隣接する列の第2タッチ電極は、前記絶縁交点で行方向に沿って互いに絶縁され、
前記絶縁交点における2つの隣接する行の前記第1タッチ電極及び2つの隣接する列の前記第2タッチ電極の任意の突起はアール形状である、請求項1に記載のタッチ基板。 - 各第1タッチ電極は、隣接する第2タッチ電極の対応部分と略相補的な境界を有する、請求項1に記載のタッチ基板。
- 各第1タッチ電極の境界は略円形を有する、請求項14に記載のタッチ基板。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載のタッチ基板を製造するためのマスク板。
- 基板上に複数のタッチ電極および複数の塗りつぶしパターンを形成する工程を含み、
前記複数のタッチ電極のほぼすべての境界のほぼすべての角部は略アール形状に形成され、
前記複数のタッチ電極は、複数の行の第1タッチ電極及び複数の列の第2タッチ電極を含み、
各第1タッチ電極及び隣接する塗りつぶしパターンは略円形を有する境界を形成する、タッチ基板の製造方法。 - 前記複数のタッチ電極のほぼすべての境界は連続的に滑らかに曲がるように形成される、請求項17に記載の方法。
