Claims (6)
- 空気分離装置であって、
チャンネルを有する支持表面と前記チャンネルに連通する富化ガス収集室とが形成される支持フレームと、
前記支持フレームの支持表面に敷設され、前記空気分離装置の周囲空間の気流における特定のガスが当該気流における他のガスよりも多く透過して前記富化ガス収集室に進入するように構成された空気分離膜と、を備えており、
前記支持フレームは、前記富化ガス収集室における特定のガスの出力が許容されるように、前記富化ガス収集室に連通するエア抜き孔を有しており、
前記支持フレームは、
開口を有する収容室を内部に規定するベゼルと、
前記収容室の前記開口に間隔をおいて配置された複数のリブ板とを更に備え、
前記複数のリブ板の外側表面は、前記支持表面を形成し、
2つの隣接する前記リブ板の間の隙間は、前記チャンネルを形成し、
前記収容室の前記複数のリブ板の内側に存在するキャビティは、前記富化ガス収集室を形成しており、
前記エア抜き孔の軸線延在方向と前記複数のリブ板の延在方向とは、同じであり、
前記エア抜き孔は、前記支持表面から外方へ突起するように設けられ、

- 前記ベゼルの開口周縁の表面は、内方へ凹んで前記支持表面に揃う取付凹溝を形成し、前記空気分離膜は、前記取付凹溝に収容されており、
前記ベゼルの開口周縁の表面は、更に前記取付凹溝の周辺において内方へ凹むことにより、シーラを充填して前記空気分離膜を前記取付凹溝内に密封に取り付けるための環状溝を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気分離装置。 - 前記空気分離膜は、酸素富化膜であり、前記特定のガスは、酸素ガスであることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の空気分離装置。
- 内部に収納スペースが規定される筐体であって、前記収納スペース内にガス調整鮮度保持空間が設けられた筐体と、
周囲空間が前記ガス調整鮮度保持空間に連通する、請求項5に記載の空気分離装置と、
入口側が管路を経由して前記空気分離装置の前記富化ガス収集室に連通することにより、前記富化ガス収集室内に透入したガスを前記ガス調整鮮度保持空間の外部へ引き抜く吸気ポンプと、を備えることを特徴とする冷蔵冷凍装置。
