Description
Claims (4)
- 体外生命維持システムのためのアセンブリにおいて、
静脈カニューレ(4)を特徴とする吸引ライン(3)、
動脈カニューレ(12)を特徴とする吐出ライン(13、30)、
前記吸引ライン(3)と前記吐出ライン(13,30)との間に配置され、脈動流を発生させるポンプ(8)、
一定の直径の排出カニューレ(20、24)を伴う排出ライン(19,23)を有し、
前記排出ライン(19、23)が流量制限器(22、25)を機能として伴い、前記排出ライン(19、23)の前記直径とは無関係に排出強度を調整し、かつ、心臓(14)のポンピングリズムに応じて前記排出ライン(19、23)を介して伝達される体積流量を減らすために、前記流量制限器(22、25)は脈動流に応じて自動的に調整され、
人工心肺(10)が前記吸引ライン(3)と前記吐出ライン(13,30)との間に配置され、
前記ポンプ(8)は、前記吸引ライン(3)と前記排出ライン(19、23)において吸引を行うように構成され、
前記排出カニューレ(20、24)が前記心臓(14)の圧力を解放するためのベントカニューレの形態で実現され、
前記排出ライン(19、23)が前記吐出ライン(13、30)に直接に接続され、
前記吸引ライン(3)と前記吐出ライン(13,30)との間に前記ポンプ(8)が配置されてリザーバが配置されず、
前記排出カニューレ(20、24)が前記動脈カニューレ(12)よりも長い、
ことを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 前記排出ライン(19、23)と前記吐出ライン(13、30)との間にY−アダプタ(6,28)が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記排出ライン(23)は逆止弁(26)を機能として伴うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記排出ライン(23)がベンチュリノズル(29)によって前記吐出ライン(30)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
