Description
補強用繊維の層Aと、
粘着層Bと、
裏面層Cと、
補強用繊維の無い補強用層Dであって、ポリエステル樹脂、アクリル樹脂、それらの混合物を含む群から選択された熱可塑性ポリマーでできている補強用層Dと、
を備える多層床仕上げ材である。
20から80重量%、より有利には45から60重量%の補強用繊維と、
20から80重量%、より有利には40から55重量%のポリマー樹脂と、
を含む。
‐ ポリエステル及び繊維ガラスでできており、有利には織られている層A、
‐ 熱可塑性ポリウレタン製の粘着層B、
‐ ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)製の層Cであって、有利には、少なくともいくつかの充填材若しくは難燃剤又はその両方を含む層C、
‐ PETG若しくはPET又はその両方でできている層D、及び
‐ 熱可塑性ポリウレタン製の層Eであって、有利には、例えば難燃剤などの少なくとも1つの添加剤を含む層E。
‐ フェノール樹脂及び繊維ガラスでできており、有利には、織られている層A、
‐ 共重合ポリアミド(CoPA)製の粘着層B、
‐ ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)製であって、有利には、少なくともいくつかの充填材若しくは難燃剤又はその両方を含む層C、
‐ PETG若しくはPET又はその両方でできている層D、及び
‐ 熱可塑性ポリウレタン製であって、有利には、例えば難燃剤などの少なくとも1つの添加剤を含む層E。
‐ 層AからEの製造ステップ、及び
‐ 層AからEの組み合わせステップ。
− 製造加工ステップの数を低減させること、
− 必要とされる層の数を減らすことによって面密度を低減させること、
− 従来の繊維補強材よりも軽量である第2の補強層を利用することによって面密度を低減させること、
− 補強用層と印刷媒体層とを兼用する層を利用することによって面密度を低減させること、
が可能である。
この多層体は、
− 繊維ガラスで補強されたポリエステル製の補強用複合層であって、540g/m2及び厚さ0.35mmの補強用複合層と、
− TPU製の粘着層であって、90g/m2及び厚さ0.08mmの粘着層と、
− PVC製の2つの表面層であって、各々の厚さが0.55mmであると共に各々が655g/m2の面密度を有する表面層と、
から構成されている。
この多層体は、
− 繊維ガラスで補強されたポリエステル製の補強用複合層であって、540g/m2及び厚さ0.35mmの補強用複合層と、
− 90g/m2及び厚さ0.08mmのTPU粘着剤と、
− 繊維ガラスから構成された第2の補強用層であって、220g/m2及び厚さ0.20mmの第2の補強用層と、
− 第2の粘着層であって、50g/m2及び厚さ0.03mmの第2の粘着層と、
− PVC製の2つの表面層であって、各々の厚さが0.50mmであると共に各々が570g/m2の面密度を有する表面層と、
から構成されている。
この多層体は、
− 繊維ガラスで補強されたポリエステルでできている層Aであって、540g/m2及び厚さ0.33mmの層Aと、
− TPU製の層Bであって、90g/m2及び厚さ0.08mmの層Bと、
− PVC製の層Cであって、740g/m2及び厚さ0.42mmの層Cと、
− PETG製の層Dであって、170g/m2及び厚さ0.13の層Dと、
− TPU製の層Eであって、360g/m2及び厚さ0.30mmの層Eと、
から構成されている。
この多層体は、
− 繊維ガラスで補強されたフェノール樹脂でできている層Aであって、470g/m2及び厚さ0.30mmの層Aと、
− 共重合ポリアミド(CoPA)粘着剤でできている層Bであって、50g/m2及び厚さ0.05mmの層Bと、
− PVC製の層Cであって、740g/m2及び厚さ0.42mmの層Cと、
− PETG製の層Dであって、170g/m2及び厚さ0.13mmの層Dと、
− TPU製の層Eであって、360g/m2及び厚さ0.30mmの層Eと、
から構成されている。

Claims (12)
- 補強用繊維の層Aと、
粘着層Bと、
裏面層Cと、
補強用繊維の無い補強用層Dであって、PETG若しくはPET又はその両方でできている補強用層Dと、
表面層Eと、
を連続して備え、
前記層Eは、架橋されていないことを特徴とする、多層床仕上げ材。 - 前記補強用層Dが、0.07mmから0.40mmまでの間の範囲の厚さを有しており、有利には、50g/m2から500g/m2までの間の範囲の面密度を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多層床仕上げ材。
- 前記層Aが、前記層Aの重量に対して、
20から80重量%の補強用繊維と、
80から20重量%のポリマー樹脂と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の多層床仕上げ材。 - 前記裏面層Cは、ポリ塩化ビニル、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体、及びそれらの混合物を含む群から選択されたポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のうちの何れか一項に記載の多層床仕上げ材。
- 前記補強用層Dが、前記表面層Eに面する側に、印刷された模様を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のうちの何れか一項に記載の多層床仕上げ材。
- 前記表面層Eが、前記補強用層Dに面する側に、印刷された模様を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のうちの何れか一項に記載の多層床仕上げ材。
- 前記表面層Eが、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、ポリ塩化ビニル、及びそれらの混合物を含む群から選択されたポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のうちの何れか一項に記載の多層床仕上げ材。
- ポリエステル及び繊維ガラスでできている層A、
熱可塑性ポリウレタン製の粘着層B、
PVC製の層Cであって、有利には、少なくともいくつかの充填材若しくは難燃剤又はその両方を含む層C、
PETG若しくはPET又はその両方でできている層D、及び
熱可塑性ポリウレタン製の層Eであって、有利には、少なくとも1つの難燃剤を含む層E、
のうちの少なくとも1つの層を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のうちの何れか一項に記載の多層床仕上げ材。 - フェノール樹脂及び繊維ガラスでできている層A、
共重合ポリアミド製の粘着層B、
PVC製の層Cであって、有利には、少なくともいくつかの充填材若しくは難燃剤又はその両方を含む層C、
PETG若しくはPET又はその両方でできている層D、及び
熱可塑性ポリウレタン製の層Eであって、有利には、少なくとも1つの難燃剤を含む層E、
のうちの少なくとも1つの層を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のうちの何れか一項に記載の多層床仕上げ材。 - 前記多層床仕上げ材の厚さが3.7mm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のうちの何れか一項に記載の多層床仕上げ材。
- 前記多層床仕上げ材の面密度が2.3kg/m2以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のうちの何れか一項に記載の多層床仕上げ材。
- 請求項1から11のうちの何れか一項に記載の多層床仕上げ材の製造方法であって、
層Aから層Eの製造ステップ、及び
層Aから層Eの組み合わせステップ、
を含む、方法。
