- アテローム切除術用デバイスであって、
管腔を通って前進可能であり、可撓性を有する細長い回転可能な駆動軸と、
前記駆動軸上に取り付けられた研磨要素であって、第1の径方向にずらされた第1の質量中心を有する、軸線方向における近位端部部分と、第2の径方向にずらされた第2の質量中心を有する、前記軸線方向における遠位端部部分と、を有する研磨要素と
を備え、
前記第2の径方向は、前記第1の径方向の略反対であり、
前記研磨要素は、全体に、前記駆動軸の外部表面と比較して粗い外部表面を備え、
前記近位端部部分および前記遠位端部部分の各々のところでの前記外部表面は、粗面化された外部表面である
