[実施形態2]
前記PTFE層が膨張PTFE(ePTFE)を含む、実施形態1に記載の多層血管プロテーゼ。
[実施形態3]
前記ePTFEが、前記連続堆積繊維層及び前記ePTFE層からなる構築物の引張強度の少なくとも90%を提供する、実施形態2に記載の多層血管プロテーゼ。
[実施形態4]
前記ePTFE層が前記プロテーゼの反管腔側表面上に配設された、実施形態2又は3に記載の多層血管プロテーゼ。
[実施形態5]
前記ePTFE層が、前記連続堆積繊維層に沿った少なくとも一方向で前記連続堆積繊維層よりも大きい引張強度を有する、実施形態2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の多層血管プロテーゼ。

前記層が互いに接触している状態で、前記ePTFE層及び前記連続堆積層を同時に焼結することをさらに含む、実施形態55に記載の方法。

Claims (39)
- 多層血管プロテーゼであって、
連続堆積繊維層を含む内腔表面と、
前記連続堆積繊維層と結合したポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)層であって、少なくとも一方向で測定される、前記連続堆積繊維層及び前記PTFE層からなる構築物の引張強度の少なくとも80%を提供する前記ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)層と、を含み、
前記PTFE層が膨張PTFE(ePTFE)層を含み、
前記ePTFE層が1つ又は2つ以上のePTFE底層を含み、かつ、
前記ePTFE底層の少なくとも1つの長手方向膨張軸が、少なくとも1つの隣接するePTFE底層軸に対してある角度で配設された、多層血管プロテーゼ。 - 前記ePTFEが、前記連続堆積繊維層及び前記ePTFE層からなる構築物の引張強度の少なくとも90%を提供する、請求項1に記載の多層血管プロテーゼ。
- 前記ePTFE層が前記プロテーゼの反管腔側表面上に配設された、請求項1又は2に記載の多層血管プロテーゼ。
- 前記ePTFE層が、前記連続堆積繊維層に沿った少なくとも一方向で前記連続堆積繊維層よりも大きい引張強度を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の多層血管プロテーゼ。
- 少なくとも一方向で測定される、前記ePTFE層が、前記連続堆積層よりも少なくとも5倍大きい引張強度を有する、請求項4に記載の多層血管プロテーゼ。
- 前記ePTFE底層の少なくとも1つの長手方向膨張軸が、少なくとも1つの隣接するePTFE底層軸に対して垂直である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の多層血管プロテーゼ。
- 前記ePTFE底層の少なくとも1つの長手方向膨張軸が、前記血管プロテーゼの中心軸と一致する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の多層血管プロテーゼ。
- 各ePTFE底層が6ミクロン以下の平均孔径を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の多層血管プロテーゼ。
- 前記ePTFE層が前記層をわたる赤血球移動に対して不透過性である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の多層血管プロテーゼ。
- フッ化エチレンプロピレン(FEP)の組織及び細胞不透過性層をさらに含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の多層血管プロテーゼ。
- フッ化エチレンプロピレン(FEP)の流体不透過性層をさらに含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の多層血管プロテーゼ。
- 前記FEP層が、前記ePTFE層の孔内に少なくとも部分的に配設された、請求項10又は11に記載の多層血管プロテーゼ。
- 前記連続堆積繊維層と前記PTFE層との間に配設されたステント骨格をさらに含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の多層血管プロテーゼ。
- 前記プロテーゼが、20%のオーバーサイジングで、2N/mm未満の半径方向外向力を呈するか、又は前記多層血管プロテーゼを完全につぶすために必要である先端力が、5N超である、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の多層血管プロテーゼ。

連続堆積繊維層を含む内腔表面と、

前記ePTFE層が、前記連続堆積繊維層に沿った少なくとも一方向で前記連続堆積繊維層よりも大きい引張力を有しており、
前記ePTFE層が1つ又は2つ以上のePTFE底層を含み、かつ、
前記ePTFE底層の少なくとも1つの長手方向膨張軸が、少なくとも1つの隣接するePTFE底層の長手方向膨張軸に対してある角度で配設されている、多層血管プロテーゼ。 - 前記ePTFE層が前記プロテーゼの反管腔側表面上に配設された、請求項16に記載の多層血管プロテーゼ。
- 前記ePTFE層が、少なくとも一方向で測定される、前記連続堆積層よりも少なくとも5倍大きい引張強度を有する、請求項16又は17に記載の多層血管プロテーゼ。
- 前記ePTFE層の1つ又は底層との間に配設されたフッ化エチレンプロピレン(FEP)の底層をさらに含む、請求項16〜18のいずれか一項に記載の多層血管プロテーゼ。
