Claims (16)
- マトリックスおよび防爆膜を含む防爆弁であって、前記防爆膜は、周縁部における溶接部分と、中央における開口部分とを含み、
圧力除去孔は、前記マトリックスに提供され、前記溶接部分は、前記マトリックスに溶接され、それにより、前記開口部分は、前記圧力除去孔を塞ぎ、前記防爆膜の前記開口部分は、防爆用切り欠き部を備え、
さらに、可撓性緩衝構造は、前記防爆用切り欠き部と、前記溶接部分と前記マトリックスとの間の溶接継ぎ目との間に配置され、
さらに、ガス袋は、前記防爆膜の上面上に取り付けられる、
防爆弁。 - 前記ガス袋の周縁部は、シーラント層で被覆され、前記シーラント層は、上部シーラント層と下部シーラント層とを含み、前記ガス袋の前記周縁部は、前記下部シーラント層によって前記マトリックスに接着され、かつ、プレス用シートによって前記上部シーラント層上にプレスされる、
請求項1に記載の防爆弁。 - 前記ガス袋のガス貯蔵能力は、バッテリー内の残りの拡張可能体積の0.1〜100倍である、
請求項1に記載の防爆弁。 - 前記ガス袋の前記ガス貯蔵能力は、前記バッテリー内の前記残りの拡張可能体積の1〜50倍である、
請求項3に記載の防爆弁。 - 前記ガス袋の前記ガス貯蔵能力は、前記バッテリー内の前記残りの拡張可能体積の2〜10倍である、
請求項4に記載の防爆弁。 - マトリックスおよび防爆膜を含む防爆弁であって、前記防爆膜は、周縁部における溶接部分と、中央における開口部分とを含み、
圧力除去孔は、前記マトリックスに提供され、前記溶接部分は、前記マトリックスに溶接され、それにより、前記開口部分は、前記圧力除去孔を塞ぎ、前記防爆膜の前記開口部分は、防爆用切り欠き部を備え、

請求項11に記載の防爆弁。 - 前記防爆膜の前記溶接部分の厚さは、0.2〜0.8mmであり、および前記防爆膜の前記開口部分の厚さは、0.05〜0.15mmである、
請求項11に記載の防爆弁。 - 前記波頂および/または前記波底と前記開口部分の表面との間の高低差は、前記開口部分の前記厚さの1〜8倍である、
請求項13に記載の防爆弁。 - 蓋板本体を含む蓋板アセンブリであって、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の防爆弁は、前記蓋板本体上に配置される、蓋板アセンブリ。
- シェル、電極芯および蓋板アセンブリを含むバッテリーであって、前記蓋板アセンブリと前記シェルとは、密閉空間を形成し、かつ、前記電極芯は、前記密閉空間に取り付けられ、前記蓋板アセンブリは、請求項15に記載の蓋板アセンブリである、バッテリー。
