Claims (9)
- 軸方向一方側は開放状に形成されてピストンにより封止され、軸方向他方側には円錐体状に形成されたルアーコーン(5)を有すると共にその外側を包囲する円筒状部(7)を有し、前記ルアーコーン(5)及び円筒状部(7)の付け根にて外周から内側に向けて形成された正面壁(3)を有して、前記ルアーコーン(5)及び円筒状部(7)により構成されたルアーロック接続(4)を備えた注射器シリンダ(2)と、
前記注射器シリンダ(2)内に充填された流動性の媒体(8)と、
少なくとも前記ルアーロック接続(4)のルアーコーン(5)を封止する可撓性のストッパ(9)と、
前記ストッパ(9)の外側を包囲し所定の破断箇所を備えたタンパー防止封鎖部(15)と、
を具備したプレフィルド注射器において、
前記正面壁(3)及び前記ルアーロック接続(4)を備えた注射器シリンダ(2)は、プラスチック射出成形部品として一体に形成され、
前記タンパー防止封鎖部(15)は、前記注射器シリンダ(2)との間の溶接可能性が保証されるプラスチックからなり、前記注射器シリンダ(2)の前記正面壁(3)と溶接され、
前記溶接による接合は前記所定の破断箇所を構成し、前記ストッパ(9)はタンパー防止封鎖部(15)内に組み込まれ、
前記タンパー防止封鎖部(15)と前記ストッパ(9)とは、それぞれの部品間の構造内部での形状の嵌め合わせにより互いに結合する形状嵌合によって接続されており、
前記ストッパ(9)とタンパー防止封鎖部(15)との間の形状嵌合は、該タンパー防止封鎖部(15)の取り外し及び再取り付けの際に、前記タンパー防止封鎖部(15)を前記注射器シリンダ(2)の中央長手軸(20)まわりに回転させることで内側に組み込まれたストッパ(9)が一緒に移動するように構成される、プレフィルド注射器。 - 前記ストッパ(9)及び前記タンパー防止封鎖部(15)は射出成形法で製造される、請求項1に記載のプレフィルド注射器。
- 前記タンパー防止封鎖部(15)は透明に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のプレフィルド注射器。
- 前記注射器シリンダ(2)はポリオレフィンからなる、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のプレフィルド注射器。
- 前記注射器シリンダ(2)はポリプロピレンからなる、請求項1に記載のプレフィルド注射器。
- 前記注射器シリンダ(2)はシクロオレフィン共重合体からなる、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のプレフィルド注射器。
- 前記注射器シリンダ(2)はバリアプラスチックから成り、前記バリアプラスチックのバリア性は前記充填された媒体(8)に適合されている、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のプレフィルド注射器。
- 前記ストッパ(9)は熱可塑性ポリマ(TPE)からなる、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のプレフィルド注射器。
- 前記ストッパ(9)は熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)からなる、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載のプレフィルド注射器。
