Description
Claims (3)
- ディファレンシャルと、右伝動軸と、左伝動軸と、右伝動軸及び左伝動軸の回転数を調整するための無段変速機と、を備える履帯車両の無段変速操舵機構であって、
ディファレンシャルに左ハーフシャフト及び右ハーフシャフトが接続されており、
ディファレンシャルの右ハーフシャフトと右伝動軸とが連動して係合され、右伝動軸が回転することでディファレンシャルの右ハーフシャフトが回転駆動され、
ディファレンシャルの左ハーフシャフトと左伝動軸とが連動して係合され、左伝動軸が回転することでディファレンシャルの左ハーフシャフトが回転駆動され、
ディファレンシャルの右ハーフシャフトと右伝動軸との回転数比は、ディファレンシャルの左ハーフシャフトと左伝動軸との回転数比に等しく、
第1の右伝動ギアと第2の右伝動ギアとが噛み合うことによりディファレンシャルの右ハーフシャフトと右伝動軸が連動して係合され、
第1の左伝動ギアと第2の左伝動ギアとが噛み合うことによりディファレンシャルの左ハーフシャフトと左伝動軸が連動して係合され、
ディファレンシャルの右ハーフシャフトと右伝動軸の回転数は等しく、
ディファレンシャルの左ハーフシャフトと左伝動軸の回転数は等しく、
無段変速機を制御することにより、
右伝動軸の回転数が左伝動軸に対して大きくなる場合、ディファレンシャルの右ハーフシャフトの回転数も大きくなることで、履帯車両の右側の履帯の回転数が大きくなり、履帯車両を左旋回させ、
右伝動軸の回転数が左伝動軸に対して小さくなる場合、ディファレンシャルの右ハーフシャフトの回転数も小さくなることで、履帯車両の右側の履帯の回転数が小さくなり、履帯車両を右旋回させることを特徴とする、履帯車両の無段変速操舵機構。 - 右伝動軸に第1の右伝動ギアが外嵌設置されており、ディファレンシャルの右ハーフシャフトに第2の右伝動ギアが外嵌設置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の履帯車両の無段変速操舵機構。
- 左伝動軸に第1の左伝動ギアが外嵌設置されており、ディファレンシャルの左ハーフシャフトに第2の左伝動ギアが外嵌設置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の履帯車両の無段変速操舵機構。
