Claims (5)
- コンプレッサ装置又はエキスパンダ装置(1)の液体注入を制御する方法であって、前記コンプレッサ装置は、少なくとも1つのコンプレッサ要素又はエキスパンダ要素(2)を備え、該要素(2)は、軸受(8)を介して少なくとも1つのロータ(7)が回転可能に取り付けられたロータ室(4)を含むハウジング(3)を有し、前記要素(2)には液体が注入され、前記方法は、2つの独立分離した液体供給を前記要素(2)に対して行うステップを含み、一方の液体供給は前記ロータ室(4)内に注入され、他方の液体供給は前記軸受(8)の位置に注入され、前記分離した液体供給は、注入モジュールのモジュール式偏流部品によって実現され、前記方法は、前記液体の前記温度と前記液体の前記質量流量の両方を両液体供給について独立して制御するステップを含み、
前記方法は、前記液体供給の前記温度と前記質量流量とを、前記コンプレッサ装置又はエキスパンダ装置(1)の動力(P)と、前記コンプレッサ装置又はエキスパンダ装置(1)によって供給される流量(FAD)との比率である比エネルギー要件が最小になるように制御することから成り、前記コンプレッサ装置又はエキスパンダ装置(1)によって供給された流量(FAD)は、前記コンプレッサ要素又はエキスパンダ要素(2)の入口条件に逆変換されていることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記方法は、前記液体の温度、前記液体の質量流量、及び/又は前記モジュール式偏流部品の液体空気含有量を制御するステップを含む、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記液体の前記質量流量の前記制御のために、空気圧式、油圧式及び/又は電気的作動手段が使用される、
請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 前記空気圧式又は油圧式作動のために、前記コンプレッサ要素又はエキスパンダ要素内に存在する直接的又は間接的圧力信号が使用される、
請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記作動手段は、前記モジュール式偏流部品内に取り付けられた1又は2以上のソレノイド弁を含む、
請求項3又は4に記載の方法。
