Description
(1) 長手方向軸線を有する細長い本体と、

該近位ループは、より低い可撓性を有し、該遠位ループは、より高い可撓性を有する、カテーテル。
(2) 前記螺旋状ループは、径方向に少なくとも約720度の範囲を定める(substends at least about 720 radial degrees)、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(3) 前記螺旋状ループは、径方向に約765度の範囲を定める、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(4) 前記近位ループは、径方向に約360度の範囲を定める、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(5) 前記遠位ループは、径方向に約360度の範囲を定める、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(7) 前記概ね真っ直ぐな遠位端は、前記カテーテルの長手方向軸線に対して軸上にある、実施態様6に記載のカテーテル。
(8) 前記近位ループは、より大きな半径を有し、前記遠位ループは、より小さな半径を有する、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(9) 前記近位ループ及び前記遠位ループは、前記カテーテルの長手方向軸線に対して軸上にある、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(10) 前記近位ループ及び前記遠位ループは、前記カテーテル10の長手方向軸線に対してある角度で斜めに配向されている、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(12) 前記斜角は、約75〜105度の範囲である、実施態様10に記載のカテーテル。
(13) 前記斜角は、約90度である、実施態様10に記載のカテーテル。
(14) 前記近位ループは、約8個〜20個の電極を含む、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(15) 前記近位ループは、約10個の電極を含む、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(17) インピーダンスを測定するように適合された、少なくとも1つのリング電極を更に備える、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(18) PV電位を測定するように適合された、少なくとも1つのリング電極を更に備える、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(19) 前記細長い本体及び前記遠位アセンブリを通って延在する収縮ワイヤーを更に備え、前記制御ハンドルは、該収縮ワイヤーを作動させて、前記螺旋状形態部を収縮させるように構成されている、第1の制御部材を含む、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(20) 前記細長い本体を通って延在する偏向ワイヤーを更に備え、前記制御ハンドルは、該偏向ワイヤーを作動させて、前記細長い本体の一部分を偏向させるように構成されている、第2の制御部材を含む、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
Claims (21)
- 長手方向軸線を有する細長い本体と、
前記細長い本体の遠位にある遠位アセンブリであって、前記遠位アセンブリは、近位ループ及び遠位ループを備える螺旋状形態部と、少なくとも前記近位ループを通って延在する形状記憶支持部材と、を有する、遠位アセンブリと、
前記近位ループ上に載置されている少なくとも1つの灌注焼灼リング電極と、
前記細長い本体の近位にある制御ハンドルと、
前記制御ハンドル内にある近位端、及び前記近位ループに取り付けられた遠位端を有する、収縮ワイヤーであって、前記制御ハンドルは、前記収縮ワイヤーを作動させて、前記近位ループを収縮させるように構成されている、第1の制御部材を含む、収縮ワイヤーと、を備え、
前記近位ループは、より低い可撓性を有し、前記遠位ループは、より高い可撓性を有する、カテーテル。 - 前記螺旋状形態部は、径方向に少なくとも約720度の範囲を定める、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記螺旋状形態部は、径方向に約765度の範囲を定める、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記近位ループは、径方向に約360度の範囲を定める、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記遠位ループは、径方向に約360度の範囲を定める、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記遠位アセンブリは、前記遠位ループの遠位にある、概ね真っ直ぐな遠位端を含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記概ね真っ直ぐな遠位端は、前記カテーテルの長手方向軸線に対して軸上にある、請求項6に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記近位ループは、より大きな半径を有し、前記遠位ループは、より小さな半径を有する、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記近位ループ及び前記遠位ループは、前記カテーテルの長手方向軸線に対して軸上にある、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記近位ループ及び前記遠位ループは、前記カテーテルの長手方向軸線に対してある角度で斜めに配向されている、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
