Claims (13)
- 流体注入物を保持するためのリザーバと、
前記リザーバと流体連通状態にあり、一方の端部がカテーテルに連結されるように構成された導管と、
前記リザーバから前記導管に流体を排出するように構成されたインジェクタと、
前記リザーバと前記カテーテルとの間の前記導管中に挿入された流れ測定デバイスであって、前記リザーバから前記カテーテルへの前記流体の流量の判定において使用される信号を生成するように構成された流れ測定デバイスと、
前記流れ測定デバイスの上流に配置された第1の圧力センサと、
前記流れ測定デバイスの下流に配置された第2の圧力センサ及び温度センサと、
前記流れ測定デバイスから前記信号を受け取るように適合された処理デバイスであって、前記信号に少なくとも部分的に基づいて前記リザーバから前記カテーテルへの流体注入物の流量と、前記流量に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、少なくとも1つのパラメータを計算するために入力として使用されるべき注入物体積とを計算するように構成された処理デバイスと、
を備え、
計算されるべき前記少なくとも1つのパラメータは、経肺熱希釈パラメータである、注入物送達システム。 - 前記経肺熱希釈パラメータは、心拍出量、心臓拡張末期容量、および血管外肺水分量のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記リザーバは、前記インジェクタとして手動操作可能なプランジャを備えたシリンジのリザーバである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記リザーバと流体連通状態にあるカテーテルをさらに備える、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記カテーテルはスワンガンツカテーテルである、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記流れ測定デバイスは、ベンチュリ管を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記流れ測定デバイスは、ピトー管を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記流れ測定デバイスは、熱線流速計を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記導管中に挿入されたセンサが、注入物の圧力または温度の変化を検出し、注入の開始時に始動し、前記注入の終了時に停止するようにタイマーに合図を送って、前記注入の経過時間を測定するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 請求項1に記載の注入物送達システムを使用して、経肺熱希釈パラメータの決定において使用するための注入物体積を決定するための方法であって、
シリンジから導管内への流体注入物の注入の開始を示す、圧力センサにおける圧力の上昇の信号を受け取ると、プロセッサによってタイマーを始動するステップと、
前記タイマーを始動した後で、前記導管中に挿入された流れ測定デバイスからの信号をプロセッサによって受け取るステップと、
前記流れ測定デバイスからの信号に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、注入物の流量をプロセッサによって計算するステップと、
前記注入の経過時間を判定するために前記タイマーを停止するステップと、
前記注入物の流量に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、注入された注入物体積をプロセッサによって計算するステップと、
少なくとも1つの経肺熱希釈パラメータの計算において前記計算された注入物体積を使用するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記経肺熱希釈パラメータは、心拍出量、心臓拡張末期容量、および血管外肺水分量のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 注入物の現在の流量をグラフィック表示するステップをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記現在の流量が出現することが望ましい範囲の極限値を規定する、所定の最小流量および所定の最大流量をグラフィック表示するステップをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
