Claims (23)
- プログラム指示が保存された有形の非一時的コンピュータ可読記録媒体を備えたコンピュータソフトウェア製品であって、モバイル機器のプロセッサによって読取られると、プロセッサが、治療対象が頭痛の症状があることを示す前記治療対象からの入力を受信し、前記入力に応答して、前記治療対象の上腕の皮膚または前記治療対象の脚の皮膚に対して、100Hz〜120Hzの周波数で電気的パルスの電気的刺激を送達することによって、前記治療対象に結合する複数の電極が経皮的に前記治療対象を刺激するようにする制御信号をワイヤレスで通信するように指示する、コンピュータソフトウェア製品。
- 前記プログラム指示が前記プロセッサによって読み取られると、前記プロセッサが、1200秒〜2600秒の合計持続時間を有する刺激プログラムを使用して、複数の電極が前記対象を経皮的に刺激する制御信号をワイヤレスに通信することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコンピュータソフトウェア製品。
- 前記プログラム指示が前記プロセッサによって読み取られると、前記プロセッサが、均等な持続時間の正と負の部分を含む対照的な矩形を有する、複数の前記電気的パルスの各々を適用するよう前記制御信号を複数の前記電極とワイヤレスに通信することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコンピュータソフトウェア製品。
- 前記プログラム指示によって、前記プロセッサが、前記刺激の経過に渡って変動しないパルス持続時間を有する前記パルスを送達するよう前記制御信号を複数の前記電極とワイヤレスに通信することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコンピュータソフトウェア製品。
- 前記プログラム指示が前記プロセッサによって読み取られると、前記プロセッサが、非連続的な複数の前記電気的パルスを適用するよう前記制御信号を複数の前記電極とワイヤレスに通信することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコンピュータソフトウェア製品。
- 前記電気的パルスは各々が90マイクロ秒〜410マイクロ秒の持続時間を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコンピュータソフトウェア製品。
- 前記対象への刺激は、前記電極から受信されるフィードバックに応答して制御される、請求項1に記載のコンピュータソフトウェア製品。
- 前記フィードバックには、インピーダンス測定が含まれ、かつ前記対象の刺激は前記インピーダンス測定によって制御されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のコンピュータソフトウェア製品。
- 前記フィードバックには、筋電図計測が含まれ、かつ前記対象の刺激は前記筋電図計測に応答して制御されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のコンピュータソフトウェア製品。
- 請求項1のコンピュータソフトウェア製品と、
対象の上腕の皮膚または前記対象の脚の皮膚に接続されるように構成される複数の電極と、
を備えるシステム。 - 前記システムが、可撓性の粘着性パッチをさらに備え、
前記電極が前記可撓性の粘着性パッチの上に配置され、かつ前記可撓性の粘着性パッチと接続されるように構成される、請求項10に記載のシステム。 - 前記システムが、前記電極に接続されるカフス、袖または肩掛けを更にそなえる、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 複数の前記電極が、前記対象の上腕の皮膚と接続するように構成される、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 複数の前記電極が、前記対象の脚の皮膚と接続するように構成される、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記プログラム指示が前記プロセッサによって読み取られると、前記プロセッサが、1200秒〜2600秒の合計持続時間を有する刺激プログラムを使用して、複数の電極が前記対象を経皮的に刺激する制御信号をワイヤレスに通信することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記プログラム指示が前記プロセッサによって読み取られると、前記プロセッサが、均等な持続時間の正と負の部分を含む対照的な矩形を有する、複数の前記電気的パルスの各々を適用するよう前記制御信号を複数の前記電極とワイヤレスに通信することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記プログラム指示によって、前記プロセッサが、前記刺激の経過に渡って変動しないパルス持続時間を有する前記パルスを送達するよう前記制御信号を複数の前記電極とワイヤレスに通信することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のシステム。
