Claims (3)
- 略円筒形状を呈する基部と、
前記基部に収納される弁体と、
前記基部に収納されて軸方向の先端が前記弁体に接触し、半径方向外側に向かって突出する係合部位が設けられた内蔵プラグ部と、
前記基部を半径方向外側に貫通させた孔部に収納され、前記内蔵プラグ部の前記係合部位に係合する第1被係合部位と、前記第1被係合部位とは異なる箇所で前記内蔵プラグ部の前記係合部位に係合する第2被係合部位とを有する被係合部と、
前記内蔵プラグ部を半径方向に貫通して設けた収納孔に収納された複数の鋼球と、
前記基部に内蔵されて前記内蔵プラグ部が挿入される内蔵基部と、
前記内蔵基部と前記内蔵プラグ部との間に配置されるOリングと、
前記内蔵基部を貫通して形成され、前記内蔵基部の内部の空間と前記基部の前記孔部とを連通させる連通孔と、を具備し、
前記Oリングは、前記連通孔に対して、前記基部の軸方向に沿う流体の流れの下流側に配置され、
プラグが挿入されて気密状態となる挿入状態と、前記プラグが係合した状態で非気密状態となる半挿入状態と、前記プラグが引き抜ける状態である非挿入状態と、をとることができ、
前記挿入状態では、前記プラグは前記内蔵プラグ部に部分的に挿入され、半径方向内側に押し出された前記鋼球に前記プラグの前記係合部位が係合し、且つ、前記内蔵プラグ部の前記係合部位が前記被係合部の前記第1被係合部位に係合し、
前記半挿入状態では、前記被係合部が半径方向内側に向かって押圧されることで、前記第1被係合部位から外れた前記内蔵プラグ部の前記係合部位が、移動して前記第2被係合部位に係合し、
前記非挿入状態では、前記被係合部の前記押圧を解除した後で、前記内蔵プラグ部の前記係合部位と前記第2被係合部位との係合が解除されて前記内蔵プラグ部は移動し、前記鋼球が半径方向外側に移動して前記プラグの前記係合部位と前記鋼球との係合が解除され、
前記半挿入状態では、前記内蔵基部の内側面と前記内蔵プラグ部の外側面との間に前記Oリングが配置された状態で、前記内蔵プラグ部の内部の流体が、前記内蔵基部の前記連通孔を経由して、外部に放出されることを特徴とするソケット。 - 前記Oリングは、前記内蔵基部の内周面を半径方向外側に向かって窪ませた凹状溝に嵌め込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のソケット。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の前記ソケットと、前記ソケットに嵌合する前記プラグとを有することを特徴とする管継手。
