Claims (3)
- 炭化水素を原料して供給されると共に、原料である炭化水素を改質して水素を主成分とする改質ガスを生成する改質器と、
前記改質器と接続され、前記改質器にて生成された改質ガスを不純物と純水素とに分離して純水素を精製する水素精製器と、
前記水素精製器において前記改質ガスのオフガスを前記改質器に燃料として還流させる還流流路と、
前記還流流路の途中に接続され、前記炭化水素を燃料として前記改質器に供給する供給流路と、
前記還流流路において、前記供給流路が接続された位置よりも前記改質器側に配設された流量制御弁と、
前記改質器の燃焼室の温度を検出する温度検出センサと、
前記温度検出センサで検出された前記燃焼室の温度に基づいて前記流量制御弁の開度を調整する制御部と、
を備える水素製造装置。 - 前記還流流路と前記供給流路の接続位置に配設されたバッファタンクと、
前記バッファタンクの内部圧力を検出する圧力検出センサと、
前記供給流路に設けられたポンプと、
をさらに備える請求項1記載の水素製造装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記圧力検出センサで検出された前記内部圧力に基づいて前記ポンプをオンオフ駆動させることにより当該内部圧力を所定値以上に保つ請求項2記載の水素製造装置。
