Claims (10)
- 型枠キャビティ(110a)及び内面(111)を有し、前記内面(111)は前記型枠キャビティ(110a)に対向する、型枠(110、110'、110")と、
前記型枠キャビティ(110a)内に材料を射出するように適合された射出デバイス(120)と、
前記型枠(110、110'、110")に全体が組み込まれた温度感知デバイス(130、130')であって、当該温度感知デバイス(130、130')は前記型枠キャビティ(110a)内の材料の温度を感知するように適合され、温度感知デバイス(130、130')及び前記内面(111)はそれらの間に距離(d)を有する、少なくとも1つの温度感知デバイス(130、130')と
を備えることを特徴とする、射出成形装置(100)。 - 前記内面(111)は、前記温度感知デバイス(130、130')と前記型枠キャビティ(110a)の間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の射出成形装置(100)。
- 前記型枠(110、110'、110")は、第1型枠(112、112'、112")及び第2型枠(114)を備え、前記型枠キャビティ(110a)は、前記第1型枠(112、112'、112")と前記第2型枠(114)の間に形成され、前記温度感知デバイス(130、130')は、前記第1型枠(112、112'、112")に配置され、前記内面(111)は、前記第1型枠(112、112'、112")内に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の射出成形装置(100)。
- 前記温度感知デバイス(130、130')は、赤外線感知デバイス又は超音波感知デバイスであることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形装置(100)。
- 前記型枠(110、110'、110")は、透明部分(112a)を備え、前記透明部分(112a)は、少なくとも前記型枠キャビティ(110a)と前記温度感知デバイス(130、130')の間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形装置(100)。
- 前記透明部分(112a)の材料は、強化ガラスを備えることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の射出成形装置(100)。
- 前記透明部分(112a)は、前記型枠(110、110'、110")の他の部分に対して並進方向(D1)に移動するように適合されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の射出成形装置(100)。
- 前記型枠(110、110'、110")は、離型方向(D2)に開放されるように適合され、前記並進方向(D1)は、前記離型方向(D2)に対して垂直であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の射出成形装置(100)。
- 更に少なくとも1つの圧力感知デバイス(140)を備え、前記圧力感知デバイス(140)は、前記型枠(110、110'、110")に配置され、前記型枠キャビティ(110a)内の材料の圧力を感知するように適合されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形装置(100)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの圧力感知デバイス(140)の数は複数であり、前記少なくとも1つの温度感知デバイス(130、130')の数は複数であり、前記圧力感知デバイス(140)は、前記型枠(110、110'、110")内の複数の位置(110a1、110a2、110a3)にそれぞれ対応し、前記型枠(110、110'、110")内の前記位置(110a1、110a2、110a3)に対応する前記材料の圧力をそれぞれ感知し、前記温度感知デバイス(130、130')は前記型枠(110、110'、110")内の前記位置(110a1、110a2、110a3)にそれぞれ対応し、前記型枠(110、110'、110")内の前記位置に対応する前記材料の温度をそれぞれ感知することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の射出成形装置(100)。
