Description
− ECE R 43: ” Einheitliche Vorschriften fur die Genehmigung des Sicherheitsglases und der Verbundglaswerkstoffe(安全グレージング及び複合グレージング材料の承認に関する統一規定”及び
− Technische Anforderungen an Fahrzeugteile bei der Bauartprufung(タイプ検査のための乗り物部品に関する技術的要件)§22 StVZO(ドイツ道路乗り物登録法令)、「安全ガラス」。
− 屈折率≧1.3を有している光学的に高屈折性の材料の層
− 光学的に高屈折性の材料の層の上の、第一適合層、
− 第一適合層の上の、導電性層、及び
− 導電性層の上の、第二適合層。
− 窒化ケイ素(Si3N4)を含有している、光学的に高屈折性の材料の層4(4.1、4.2、4.3、及び4.4)、
− 酸化亜鉛(ZnO)を含有している第一適合層5(5.1、5.2、5.3及び5.4)、
− 銀又は銀含有合金を含有している、導電層6(6.1、6.2、6.3、6.4)、
− 酸化亜鉛(ZnO)を含有している第二適合層10(10.1、10.2、10.3、及び10.4)。
本発明の態様は、以下のとおりである:
〈態様1〉
投影表面に画像を生成するための画像ユニットを有しており、ここで、前記投影表面が、前記画像(23)の少なくとも一部を反射するために提供されている、ヘッドアップディスプレイシステムであって、前記投影表面が、透明ペインを有しており、この透明ペインが、透明基材(1)、及び、前記透明基材(1)の少なくとも1つの表面上の、少なくとも1つの機能性層(3)を有している少なくとも1つの導電性コーティング(2)、を有していることを特徴とする、
ヘッドアップディスプレイシステム。

前記導電性コーティング(2)が、重なって配置されている少なくとも4つの機能性層(3.1、3.2、3.3、3.4)を有している、態様1に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイシステム。
〈態様3〉
前記機能性層(3)それぞれが、少なくとも1つの導電性層(6.1、6.2、6.3、6.4)を有している、態様1に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイシステム。
〈態様4〉
前記導電性層(6)が、少なくとも銀又は銀含有合金を有している、態様3に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイシステム。
〈態様5〉
前記導電性層(6.1、6.2、6.3、6.4)それぞれが、同一の層厚を有している、態様3に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイシステム。
〈態様6〉
1つの前記導電性層(6.1)が、第二導電性層(6.2、6.3、6.4)の層厚の半分の大きさの層厚を有している、態様3に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイシステム。
〈態様7〉
前記透明基材(1)が、少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層(12)を介して第二ペイン(13)に結合して、複合ペインを形成している、態様1に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイシステム。
〈態様8〉
前記複合ペインが、s偏光を反射するために提供されている、態様6に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイシステム。
〈態様9〉
前記機能性層(3)それぞれが、少なくとも以下を有している、態様1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイシステム:
● 1.3以上の屈折率を有している光学的に高屈折性の材料の層(4)、
● 光学的に高屈折性の材料の前記層(4)の上の、第一適合層(5)、
● 前記第一適合層(5)の上の、導電性層(6)、
● 前記導電性層(6)の上の、第二適合層(7)。
〈態様10〉
2つの導電性層(6)の間に配置されている少なくとも一つの光学的に高屈折性の材料の層(4)が、以下を有している、態様8に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイシステム:
● 2.1以下の屈折率を有している誘電体材料の層(8)
● 2.1以上の屈折率を有している光学的に高屈折性の材料の層(9)。
〈態様11〉
光学的に高屈折性の材料の前記層(4)が、少なくとも窒化ケイ素を有している、態様9又は10に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイシステム。
〈態様12〉
2つの導電性層(6)の間に配置されている光学的に高屈折性の材料の前記層(9)が、混合ケイ素/ジルコニウム窒化物を有している、態様9〜11のいずれか一項に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイシステム。
〈態様13〉
態様1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイシステムを有している自動車。
〈態様14〉
透明基材(1)、及び、前記透明基材(1)の少なくとも1つの表面上の、機能性層(3)を有している少なくとも1つの導電性コーティング(2)を有している透明ペインを、投影表面として使用する、態様1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイシステムによって前記投影表面に画像を生成するための方法。

態様1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイシステムの、乗り物における、特には自動車における使用。

- 投影表面に画像を生成するための画像ユニットを有しており、ここで、前記投影表面が、前記画像(23)の少なくとも一部を反射するために提供されている、ヘッドアップディスプレイシステムであって、
前記投影表面が、透明ペインを有しており、この透明ペインが、透明基材(1)、及び、前記透明基材(1)の少なくとも1つの表面上の、少なくとも1つの機能性層(3)を有している少なくとも1つの導電性コーティング(2)、を有しており、ここで、前記導電性コーティング(2)が、重なって配置されている少なくとも4つの機能性層(3.1、3.2、3.3、3.4)を有しており、
前記機能性層(3)それぞれが、少なくとも以下を有しており:
● 1.3以上の屈折率を有している光学的に高屈折性の材料の層(4)、
● 光学的に高屈折性の材料の前記層(4)の上の、第一適合層(5)、
● 前記第一適合層(5)の上の、導電性層(6)、
● 前記導電性層(6)の上の、第二適合層(7)、
かつ、前記画像ユニットが、s偏光を放射する、
ことを特徴とする、
ヘッドアップディスプレイシステム。 - 前記機能性層(3)それぞれが、少なくとも1つの導電性層(6.1、6.2、6.3、6.4)を有している、請求項1に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイシステム。
- 前記導電性層(6)が、少なくとも銀又は銀含有合金を有している、請求項2に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイシステム。
- 前記導電性層(6.1、6.2、6.3、6.4)それぞれが、同一の層厚を有している、請求項2に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイシステム。
- 1つの前記導電性層(6.1)が、第二導電性層(6.2、6.3、6.4)の層厚の半分の大きさの層厚を有している、請求項2に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイシステム。
- 前記導電性コーティング(2)が、前記透明基材(1)から出発して、銀を含有している導電性層6.1を有する機能性層3.1、銀を含有している導電性層6.2を有する機能性層3.2、銀を含有している導電性層6.3を有する機能性層3.3、及び銀を含有している導電性層6.4を有する機能性層3.4を有しており、かつ
前記導電性層6.1、前記導電性層6.2、前記導電性層6.3、及び前記導電性層6.4の層厚の割合が、それぞれ、すべての導電性層(6.1、6.2、6.3、6.4)の合計の層厚に対して、20%、30%、25%、及び25%である、
請求項3に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイシステム。 - 前記透明基材(1)が、少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層(12)を介して第二ペイン(13)に結合して、複合ペインを形成している、請求項1に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイシステム。
- 前記複合ペインが、s偏光を反射するために提供されている、請求項7に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイシステム。
- 2つの導電性層(6)の間に配置されている少なくとも一つの光学的に高屈折性の材料の層(4)が、以下を有している、請求項1に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイシステム:
● 2.1以下の屈折率を有している誘電体材料の層(8)
● 2.1以上の屈折率を有している光学的に高屈折性の材料の層(9)。 - 光学的に高屈折性の材料の前記層(4)が、少なくとも窒化ケイ素を有している、請求項1又は9に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイシステム。
- 2つの導電性層(6)の間に配置されている光学的に高屈折性の材料の前記層(9)が、混合ケイ素/ジルコニウム窒化物を有している、請求項9又は10に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイシステム。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイシステムを有している自動車。
- 透明基材(1)、及び、前記透明基材(1)の少なくとも1つの表面上の、機能性層(3)を有している少なくとも1つの導電性コーティング(2)を有している透明ペインを、投影表面として使用する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイシステムによって前記投影表面に画像を生成するための方法。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイシステムの、乗り物における、特には自動車における使用。
