Claims (12)
- 外部からのエネルギーにより、表面に発生する正の電位または負の電位を発生する分極発生繊維を備え、
前記正の電位により前記分極発生繊維を通過する物質を正に帯電させる、または前記負の電位により前記分極発生繊維を通過する物質を負に帯電させる、
帯電繊維。 - 前記分極発生繊維は、軸方向に対して旋回されてなり、前記軸方向の伸縮により前記正の電位または前記負の電位を発生する圧電繊維からなる、
請求項1に記載の帯電繊維。 - 前記圧電繊維は、
前記軸方向に対して左旋回されてなり、前記軸方向の伸縮により負の電位を発生する第1圧電繊維と、
前記軸方向に対して右旋回されてなり、前記軸方向の伸縮により正の電位を発生する第2圧電繊維と、
を備える、
請求項2に記載の帯電繊維。 - 前記分極発生繊維の表面に形成される導電体を備えた、
請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の帯電繊維。 - 外部からのエネルギーにより、表面に発生する正の電位または負の電位を発生する分極発生繊維を備えた帯電フィルタであって、
前記正の電位により前記分極発生繊維を通過する物質を正に帯電させる、または前記負の電位により前記分極発生繊維を通過する物質を負に帯電させる、
帯電フィルタ。 - 前記分極発生繊維は、軸方向に対して旋回されてなり、前記軸方向の伸縮により前記正の電位または前記負の電位を発生する圧電繊維からなる、

前記分極発生繊維の生じる電位と逆極性の電位を生じ、前記帯電フィルタを通過した前記物質を吸着する吸着フィルタと、
