Description
Claims (13)
- 焦点調節が可能な光学系(14、30)を有する光電センサ(10)であって、前記光学系(14、30)を有する可動の担持要素(22)と、定置の保持要素(24)とを備え、焦点位置の調節のために前記可動の担持要素(22)の位置が前記保持要素(24)に対して変更可能である光電センサ(10)において、
少なくとも1つの巻き板バネ(26)が前記担持要素(22)と前記保持要素(24)の間に配置されており、前記担持要素(22)と前記保持要素(24)がそれぞれ面(38a〜b)を有していること、及び
前記巻き板バネ(26)が前記可動の担持要素(22)の移動中に前記面(38a〜b)上で巻き取られる又は広げられるように転がり、その結果、前記光学系(14、30)が調節のために移動している間、転がり運動において前記巻き板バネ(26)の平らな外面の同じ長さの部分が前記担持要素(22)及び前記保持要素(24)の前記面(38a〜b)と接触した状態を保つと共に、前記巻き板バネ(26)は転がり運動の進行とともに回転し、接触状態の前記部分は転がり運動に応じてどの時点でも少しずつ違っていることを特徴とする光電センサ(10)。 - 前記担持要素(22)が前記巻き板バネ(26)を用いて前記光学系(14、30)の光軸(42)に沿って直線的に移動可能に横たえられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサ(10)。
- 前記巻き板バネ(26)がリングを成していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のセンサ(10)。
- 前記担持要素(22)が前記リングの平面内の一方向(20)に移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のセンサ(10)。
- 前記巻き板バネ(26)が前記担持要素(22)及び前記保持要素(26)に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のセンサ(10)。
- 前記巻き板バネ(26)がその平らな外面で前記保持要素(24、38a)及び前記担持要素(22、38b)に押圧されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のセンサ(10)。
- 前記巻き板バネ(26)が前記保持要素(24、38a)と前記担持要素(22、38b)の間で締め付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のセンサ(10)。
- 前記面(38a〜b)が前記巻き板バネ(26)に予圧を加えるような輪郭を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のセンサ(10)。
- 前記輪郭が静止位置を有していることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のセンサ(10)。
- 少なくとも2つの保持要素(24)と少なくとも2つの巻き板バネ(26)とを備え、該保持要素(24)が前記可動の担持要素(22)の少なくとも2つの面に対しそれぞれ1つの巻き板バネ(26)を間に挟んで配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のセンサ(10)。
- 前記担持要素(22)がリング状の外面(38b)を備え、前記保持要素(24)がリング状の内面(38a)を備え、前記担持要素(22)が前記保持要素(24)内に同心円状に配置され、前記巻き板バネ(26)がこれらの要素の間で転がることにより回転運動が行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のセンサ(10)。
- 発光器(32)を含み、前記光学系(14、30)が該発光器(32)に割り当てられた発光光学系(30)として構成されていること、及び/又は、受光器(16)を含み、前記光学系(14、30)が該受光器(16)に割り当てられた受光光学系(14)として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載のセンサ(10)。
- 光電センサ(10)の光学系(14、30)の焦点を調節する方法であって、焦点位置の調節のために、光学系(14、30)を有する可動の担持要素(22)がその位置を定置の保持要素(24)に対して変化させる方法において、
前記担持要素(22)と前記保持要素(24)がそれぞれ面(38a〜b)を有しており、前記担持要素(22)と前記保持要素(24)の間に配置された巻き板バネ(26)が前記面(38a〜b)上で巻き取られる又は広げられるように転がることにより、前記担持要素(22)が前記保持要素(24)に対して移動し、その結果、前記光学系(14、30)が調節のために移動している間、転がり運動において前記巻き板バネ(26)の平らな外面の同じ長さの部分が前記担持要素(22)及び前記保持要素(24)の前記面(38a〜b)と接触した状態を保つと共に、前記巻き板バネ(26)は転がり運動の進行とともに回転し、接触状態の前記部分は転がり運動に応じてどの時点でも少しずつ違っていることを特徴とする方法。
