Description
本発明は、粒子状物質センサーに関するものである。より具体的には、温度に関係なく、一定の静電容量を具現することができ、プラチナのような高価な材料の使用量を減らして、コストを削減することができる粒子状物質センサーに関するものである。

Claims (7)
- 絶縁基板と、
前記絶縁基板の一面に互いに電気的に連結されないように、所定の間隔を置いて離隔配置される複数の感応電極と、
粒子状物質の堆積を介して前記複数の感応電極のうち、一部または全体と電気的に連結できるように前記複数の感応電極と同一面上に配置される1つの接続電極と、
前記絶縁基板の一面に形成されて、前記複数の感応電極および接続電極と一対一で連結される複数のターミナル端子と、
前記絶縁基板の内部に配置され、前記感応電極側に堆積した粒子状物質を除去するための熱を提供するヒーター部と、を含み、
前記感応電極と一対一で連結された前記複数のターミナル端子は、前記絶縁基板の外側に別に備えられる複数のキャパシターとそれぞれ一対一で連結され、
前記粒子状物質が前記接続電極と前記感応電極との間の堆積空間に堆積されながら、前記感応電極と電気的に連結されたキャパシターの個数が変化して発生する全体的な静電容量が変化することで前記粒子状物質の量を感知する、粒子状物質センサー。 - 前記複数のキャパシターは、互いに並列連結される請求項1に記載の粒子状物質センサー。
- 前記複数のキャパシターは、車両の制御部に備えられる請求項1に記載の粒子状物質センサー。
- 前記複数の感応電極は、所定の面積を有する感応部と、前記感応部を前記ターミナル端子と連結するリード部と、を含み、
前記接続電極は、互いに電気的に連結され、前記感応部と平行方向に延長される複数の延長電極を含み、
前記感応部は、互いに隣接する延長電極との間に配置される請求項1に記載の粒子状物質センサー。 - 前記複数の延長電極のうちいずれか1つは、リード部を媒介として、複数のターミナル端子のうちのいずれか1つと連結される請求項4に記載の粒子状物質センサー。
- 前記リード部は、前記感応部の幅よりも狭い幅を有するように備えられる請求項4に記載の粒子状物質センサー。
- 前記絶縁基板の内部には、前記ヒーター部を制御する温度感知部が配置される請求項1に記載の粒子状物質センサー。
