Claims (1)
- 第1及び第2接続体(111,121)をそれぞれ収容した第1及び第2ハウジング(112,122)のそれぞれの一側端に、内径が内側方向に行くほど小さくなる第1及び第2電線引込端(113,123)がそれぞれ備えられた第1及び第2接続具(110,120);
前記第1及び第2電線引込端(113,123)の内径部に当接しながら挿入されて気密を維持させる第1及び第2パッキング(130,140);
第1及び第2電線(1,2)のそれぞれを前記第1及び第2ハウジング(112,122)の内側に誘導するように前記第1及び第2電線引込端(113,123)の外径部に結合される遮断体であって、
先端部の内側面の第1及び第2パッキング(130,140)の一側と対応する部位に環状突起形態の第1及び第2加圧部材(151,161)が備えられ、第1及び第2パッキング(130,140)の一側面を加圧して、前記第1及び第2電線引込端(113,123)の内径部と第1及び第2電線(1,2)とが接する面へ圧着させるようにする第1及び第2仕上げキャップ(150,160);
一側端が前記第1電線引込端(113)の外径部に嵌め合わせられた状態で、他側端が第1ハウジング(112)と接続される第2ハウジング(122)の一側端の外径部と結合される結合キャップ(170);及び
前記結合キャップ(170)によって第1ハウジング(112)と第2ハウジング(122)が結合される部位において、結合キャップ(170)と第2ハウジング(122)の先端周縁部が接する部分に備えられて気密を維持させる第1弾性パッキング(181)と、前記第1ハウジング(112)の外周面に第2ハウジング(122)の内周面が接する部分に備えられて気密を維持させる第2弾性パッキング(182)とを含む連結パッキング部(180);を含んでなり、
前記第1及び第2電線引込端(113,123)のそれぞれの内径部は先端部の直径が長くて内側方向に行くほど直径が短くなる中央貫通型のものであり、前記第1及び第2電線引込端(113,123)の内側面には環状の加圧突起(151,161)が形成され、前記第1及び第2電線引込端(113,123)の外周面には第1及び第2仕上げキャップ(150,160)のそれぞれと結合のためのネジタップが形成され、
前記第1及び第2仕上げキャップ(150,160)は、それぞれ中央が貫通され、内周面にネジタップが形成され、前記第1及び第2電線引込端(113,123)のそれぞれとの締結によって結合される蓋であり、先端部の外部には、中央貫通孔を中心に両側に電線遊動防止手段(190)が結合される面を提供するリブ(152、162)が形成され、
前記電線遊動防止手段(190)の電線と接する湾曲面には游動防止のための楔形ストッパー(191)が備えられることを特徴とする、防水可能な電気接続具。
